Always horrible service. Long wait time for no reason; workers do not care (not surprised) and even openly state they are considering walking out. Pictured is the line of cars in the drive thru, 3 behind me. 3 cars went through ahead of us. 30-40 minutes just to pull forward and order. 4 people were inside. I don’t blame the staff; it needs better management.

Judging by the other reviews I’m not the only one who has constant issues with this place. At least 80% of the time our order is messed up. This last time I asked for no bean on my mexican pizza and of course it had bean. They also thought it would be a great idea to put all our food on top of it in the bag and smash the whole thing.

On February 13th 2026 at 1:35pm whoever was on shift phenomenal work!! The food was absolutely delicious the cook killed it and cashier Amanda R had great customer service. Keep it up crew I want to go back for 2nds!! Best Taco Bell I’ve had here and I’ve been going there for years. Give them a RAISE!!

you can sit down at a real mexican restaurant and order in person and it will come out faster than the wait time to get to the speaker with 2 cars ahead of you in line. we have not moved a single car for the last 15 minutes and there’s only a couple cars in line. this is insane. please get your drive through times down or else you’re gonna lose literally all of your business. all of your workers are in the shittiest moods 24/7 there was only on girl who was nice and she seems to of left.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I had called to confirm when their lobby closed and they said 11pm. We were meeting friends who were already inside but we were running a little late because we took a wrong turn. They had locked the doors early. After my friends let me inside, the manager told me they are no longer doing dine-in tonight. And I said I called and the worker said dine-in is until 11pm (I called just to make sure this did NOT happen). This was the rudest manager I’ve ever experienced she said “well you didn’t talk to me and I’m the manager!” Okay well it’s not my fault one of YOUR workers misinformed me??? We just did carry-out and the food was so gross. They barely filled up my LARGE nacho fries and the quesadilla tasted weird. DO NOT COME HERE not sure how they are still open!

Does anyone ever get the right food here? In what world does veggie sound like chicken or black bean chalupa sound like Mexican pizza?!? Best advice? It’s taco bell, you get what you pay for, just make sure it IS what you paid for before you leave.

I wouldn’t recommend customizing a bowl or maybe just not getting one here at all? I’m fairly basic when it comes to food so when I ordered one of their cantina slow-roasted chicken bowls I pretty much just wanted extra chicken, cheese, and regular lettuce with their jalapeño sauce but I did want to switch it up and add some steak too. Well when I pulled back into my work parking lot and pulled it out not only did I get a less than a normal amount of chicken but only a few pieces of steak too with literally only cheese and the sauce lol.

The worst ever if u go in you’ll wait forever they’ll just stare at you while they keep working and not even speak to you. On their cell phones in front everybody taking their sweet time Once you do order they just do the drive-thru and ignore everything you’re doing. Literally heard the girls back there talking about how we can wait. Bunch of little kids immature have some sort of pride in your job or don’t work there

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Also when you go there around 1 up until close which is usually 4 am the woman that’s working there always says that they’re out of beef or that she didn’t get the order in the system and blames everything on others when she’s like the only one in there at that time and is to lazy to make the food at all. One DoorDash or uber eats driver told me that she was sitting outside in her car with her headset on telling people that they were out of food or they’re closed when there was really still an hour left before they are supposed to close. Corporate needs to be called on the late night lazy employee of Taco Bell. She’s a sad excuse of a “fast food worker” and needs to grow up and woman up. She leaves blasting rap music when she’s like 40 and drives a Toyota Corolla what a joke. She should feel ashamed of driving such an old car and should have all the windows up if she wants to play music like that because people probably look over at her with disgust instead of actually acknowledging her. Makes minimum wage while listening to songs about driving Lamborghinis lol. In all seriousness this woman needs to be reported for sure. She won’t even come to the speaker at times and knows people are sitting there. Well her time will come and she’s gonna be the one paying the price for it when she loses her income, if you wanna even call it that.
