Whoever manages this place needs to step up. I came in around 1am the doors were open but nobody was inside. Pitch black. The police ended up showing up just cause the alarms went off. Who forgets to lockup there store.. aye I got a free Baja blast outta it. CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON THE WEBSITE. You guys open till 12 NOT 1am unless yall just believe nobody coming and just close up early but that would be violating guidelines cause if you open till 1 and I come in 12:40 im still supposed/expect to get service!!!

This place sucks. I can never place an order. You can’t place one online unless it’s doordash. Can’t go inside because doors are locked or kiosks don’t work. They don’t use the counter anymore apparently. Drive thru takes too long because there are always cars pulled around the building waiting for there order.

We ordered at the kiosk and received our drinks but after the store cleared of customers i asked about my order. Excuses ranged from computer glitch to “someone took your food because you didn’t get it when we called your name”, although she remembered handing me my drink when she called my name, and that there was no food with it. No apologies were offered. And, even then, it took 5 minutes to make 3 crispy tacos and a bean burrito. The staff seemed angry, gossiping and cursing while customers are waiting at the counter. Worst TB ever!

Got old stale nacho fries and smelly congealed cheese. The tacos were hardly wrapped so cheese and meat all fell into bag and left a huge grease stain on my seat. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever stopped at. Will not be returning.

Orders take forever to go through. Whether it is in person or on the app, it takes FOREVER to get your order!
The staff is apologetic and friendly but, as an ample, my order was scheduled to be ready at 1:20pm. It was a small order 2: specialty menu item and 2 Ben rice and cheese burritos. It’s now 1:48pm and it still isn’t ready.
A group of teenage girls came in after me, ordered off the screens in the store, and got their order 5-10 min before me.

Couldn’t dine in. Only drive through, which took forever. They barely put any meat on the stuff I ordered. The nuggets were cold, and they didn’t have Baja blast. Really couldn’t have been worse.

Very disappointed. The order was cold, the employee didn’t know the options for what was ordered, so we ended up with a traditional soft taco supreme, hard taco, and beef burrito. Will not go to this location again. TERRIBLE.. food was not prepared correct…yuk!

This taco bell needs help. They’ve been open around 8 months, and everyone has been excited to have another quick food option around. I ordered on door dash, the driver made it to the location, then went elsewhere. Nearly an hour later I asked the driver what the issue was with my taco bell order, then they cancelled my order with no response.
No problem, I got a refund and headed to the store myself, where there was only one car in line. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker, listening to the cashier breathe in a static mic, only to finally be told they are only taking door dash orders. Weird. So I pulled up to the window to ask the cashier if my previous order had been picked up, but he ignored me and wouldn’t speak to me.
With all the negative reviews and the obvious loss of customers, how is this place still open? I would post pictures of my order, but I am 0/2 on tacos tonight.

I went to Taco Bell. I could not get tacos. I guess they only accept orders on Doordash. The McDonald’s next door is great though.
