This is by far the absolute best Taco Bell out there! They are always so nice and have the fastest and above and beyond service. They give the best portion sizes so you actually get your moneys worth. Any other Taco Bello location should look to this location for how to properly run their operation!

I have been a long time enjoyer if Taco Bell, but this last order put a really sour taste in my mouth. I placed my order ahead of time in the app because I had errands to run and have chronic low blood sugar, so I have to eat every so often or I start fainting. I could have made myself breakfast, I had the time, but thought I might enjoy some of Taco Bells breakfast since I don’t get it often and it’s on the way. Well, I pull up to the window to get my order, and this short chubby woman comes up and says “I just made a couple of big orders breakfast and don’t feel like making your order. We can either refund you or make something else.” I didn’t have time to wait for something else, so I opted for the refund. However, the more I think about this, the more unacceptable I find this. I arrived within breakfast hours, and they refused to make my food. If I cannot trust them to do their job, why should I order from this establishment?

It’s rare to find a Taco Bell with this level of consistency in service and food around NE Ohio. Most of the Taco Bell locations suck (especially the one down the street on Bagley and Berea, steer clear of that disaster location) and am always pleasantly surprised with how fresh my order always is, the polite and good service, and how effective the crew moves the line here at this location. 5 stars is well deserved here after a dozen visits to this location.

Not sure if they don’t offer a dine in service, but when I visited at past noon the doors were locked and we had to place our orders via the drive thru. My orders didn’t come complete, the lady who took my order didn’t add the drink I wanted and by the time we got to the pick up window, she said she didn’t hear me mention the drink, okay no problem, can I get my drink now? She said I have to go back to the queue and re-order the drink, that made no single sense to me because she was still attending to me and she could have just punched in the order right there. But I guess she wanted to flex her tiny muscles.

We went through the drive through at 2:45 am and two people were going back and forth about if we were allowed to order food or not and Ultimately some lady told us we can’t order food through the drive through and since they were busy we needed to place an online order.. why even have a drive through if your not allowed to drive up and place an order? We literally drive out of our way just to be told the drive through wasn’t open for ordering..

Went thru the drive thru asked for a side of nacho cheese…didn’t check till I got home….there was a charge and I didn’t even get a half cup of cheese…also asked for a cheese quesidilla and said twice cheese and it was chicken….this isn’t the first time order wasnt right….sad the work ethic and the level of how workers don’t care anymore

Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I ordered a simple chicken quesadilla with no sauce, and when I got it, the cheese wasn’t even melted. I went back in and asked if they could fix it, and instead of owning up to the mistake, the staff gave me attitude. They barely warmed it up for a couple of seconds, and it still wasn’t right. The service was rude, the food was sloppy, and the place didn’t feel clean. Definitely wouldn’t recommend — stay away.
