This tacobell is so weird, during the day its usually fine but when the sun goes down the night crew there is unbelievably bad over the years I have seen them.
1. Pretend to be closed or say they are “only taking doordash orders”.
2. Visibly Smoke Cigarettes and Weed in the store.
3. Serve still frozen food.
4. Hide in the store and pretend nobody is there.
Nobody working there wants to be there or do any work and all the customers suffer for it.

She was really curt. She didn’t greet me or acknowledge me. She wiped down the counters before she handed me my drinks (one didn’t have ice and the other barely had ice. Both were watered down and lukewarm) slammed the window and locked it. Yelled/sweared at another employee. Couple minutes later she handed me my food. Slammed window again. My order was incorrect, most of my sauces were forgotten. One of my tacos had came out of the wrapper and was on the bottom of the bag, my quesadilla barely had filling, my dippers were two different sizes, I was missing my nacho taco. She made me feel like I inconvenienced her and I just left with the mistakes.

Let me start by saying; I have never had an issue coming to this location and I’ve been coming here for YEARS. After this experience and reading recent reviews, I will NEVER be back.
I placed a mobile order and drove to the drive-thru to pick it up. We were greeted by the automated system – abruptly interrupted by an obviously irritated woman saying “just a moment”. After a few minutes of waiting, I said “hello?” And received and even more snarky “JUST a moment”. Okay. So we wait a few more minutes and she finally says “go ahead” so I say that we placed a mobile order and immediately were told to pull around. We sat at the window for about 5 minutes, which we had no issue with as we were not in a hurry. Eventually, the woman came to the window and handed me our drinks without saying a word and shoved the bag of food into my hands scowling, without saying a word. I told her thank you and to have a great day and she slammed the window in my face. She made us feel like we ruined her day by inconveniencing her, although there wasn’t a single person in the restaurant. We saw a car pull up, a man hopped out and tugged on the front door, which was locked, and left. So apparently the inside was shut down, which I have noticed in the past, but again, I’m very forgiving and didn’t think anything of it.
I wasn’t even going to leave a review even after ALL of that because I understand – sometimes people have a bad day and fast food service can be a very thankless job. However, the list of things wrong with our order was obnoxious and is listed below.
1. Both drinks did not have ice. It would have been fine if it were just mentioned to me, because I understand sometimes machines run out of ice. But, nothing.
2. I asked for a taco with no lettuce, it had lettuce
3. My cheese quesadilla was burnt and had hardly any cheese or sauce inside. Almost cracker-like.
4. The ground beef was ice cold and inedible.
5. The cinnamon twist bag had about 5 or 6 twists in the bag. I assumed the bag had dumped over and checked inside the bag and it was empty.
6. This one isn’t a big deal, but just showed the level of laziness – we ordered two boxes and our order was delivered to us all together in one bag.
Again, I hate to leave a bad review, but after clearly inconveniencing this woman, I will do the favor of never returning so she doesn’t have to worry about getting up to make me a taco. And don’t get me wrong, I understand that being under-staffed can be frustrating sometimes, and this woman very likely was working all by herself. However, if you are in a customer-facing position, you have to be able to communicate. I would have let just about every issue slide if she had just said “hey – I’m here all alone and while you’re my ONLY customer, it’s going to be a few minutes”. But she didn’t, and while I’m sure it won’t hurt business, this location has forever lost my business and the business of anyone else I know because I don’t want them to have to experience what I did today.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. We ordered two soft tacos and two bean burritos and they made us pull ahead when we were only one of two cars in line. It took forever for them to respond initially too… at 4 p.m. on a Saturday. Now I know why the rating is so low.
Our bean burritos were not only small, but the beans were dried up and tasted like they were sitting out for hours. Never again to this location.

I have been coming here for a long time. Today I pulled right through the driveway thru without my order and completely unhappy, as I have had to do a few times lately. The attitude and tone of the employees taking orders. It’s January 7th 2025, I tried to place my order at 12:44 pm. The woman switched around the meats I wanted, assumed my order was done, and after I completed my order and had to ask her to delete the items she got wrong, she said anything else boss? Is this a joke? Why should I pay $20 for my food that she’s probably going to spit in because SHE can’t use an order screen. In the past, I’ve gotten orders where they say nothing to me other than, what can I get you. Don’t work here if you hate your life so much and treat the people paying for your product like we are inconveniencing you. It’s your job to take my order and get it right, and act like a decent human. I will just go to the Taco Bell by my house in westlake from now on. They’re way nicer there

This store is run by literal teenagers after dark. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for my order. Three different dashers went to pick it up.
The girl on the phone when I called to check, mocked me and said they made it already and couldn’t confirm any of my order info.
This store is an absolute disaster with no management.
The franchiser should lose their rights!
If they struggle this much with taking orders and answering the phone, you can’t trust them to make your food.
Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst Taco Bell that I have ever visited. They were out of nacho cheese and didn’t apologize. None of the items we ordered were made correctly. They severely underfilled our drinks and our sides of guacamole that we paid extra for. I have never been to a Taco Bell that screwed up our order so royally. I am astonished that it was this bad. I knew I was going to Taco Bell and that it isn’t a 5 star restaurant but this was almost impressively bad. The worst part was that we waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru for this horribly disappointing meal. They need to turn this location back into a Moe’s. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from this place. I caution others to go to another location or to take your business elsewhere.

Avoid this location at all costs. If the aggressively rude, unequipped staff isn’t enough of a reason.. Good luck with your order being correct. I know how complicated it can be to NOT put tomatoes on something. Even adding black beans to a nacho can really be too much work. This used to be a really good location.

The worst Taco Bell in history. I’ve never been treated in such a rude manner in my life. They refused to refund me and refused to give me a receipt. Police literally got involved and they even refused to cooperate with them. Do not go here

HORRIBLE!! Would not recommend to my dog let alone a human. I came here starving after a 13 hour nursing shift on 11/21/25 8pm. The drive through worker who took my order was rude. Got my food and went home . Opened bag and see my beefy nachos with jalapeño had NO jalapeño. It looked like slop. Drove all the way back, went in this time. Got to the register and the same drive through worker looks me up and down from across the store and says ” can I help you “? In a nasty tone. I explain that I was here via drive through and the order was missing jalapeño and barely had meat. She says ok and walks away. Comes back with a bag and hands it to me. I say ” should I throw this one out or do you want to take it to dispose of it” holding the first incorrect order. She looks at me confused and says ” no ? There are no nachos in there just the jalapeño and meat”, I say ” what ? I can’t eat this, it’s 20 min old at this point cold and soggy at this point”. She storms over, rips the bag off the counter rolls her eyes and goes back to the prep area. Another worker comes and hands me a bag. I say thank you and leave. Get to the car and open it . She dumped the meat and jalapeño in a new container and threw new chips in top . At this point I’m afraid to even go back in due to her doing something bad to my food . I’m so upset. I called to get her name and of course no one answered the phone . They ought to be fired. I take care of people all day and try to just eat and apparently I’m the problem . If a manger is reading this please reach out.
