There was an altercation between my driver and the staff THUR JAN 15at 4am. The store refused service and lied saying my uber eats order was not fulfilled. I had a 30-40 minute wait from my driver who said there was no order for me. Everytime I come here, the waits are incredibly long orders are missing or go to others, and it seems the management is POOR. WHY ARE YOU GUYS LIKE THIS? My order was for well over 40 dollars BEFORE including delivery so I understand turn over, burnt out, but it doesn’t excuse poor service. IF you are unwilling or unable to fulfill orders for food then maybe do not work with the public.

I’ve been here twice now and both times our order has been incorrect and/or missing items. They need to hire more people, train their current employees better, and not force them to rush through the orders. I’m more than happy to park in a spot and have our food brought to us when it is hot, ready, and correct.

I have experienced racism here multiple times. I came in today and had a quesadilla taco and large drink. They served all the black customers that came in 30 minutes after I ordered I needed to remind them twice. The staff are nice but they hang in the back and sometimes don’t come to counter for a long while. After I got my food I took out my laptop to check email and do some research. The entire lobby was empty besides me and the security woman comes in and says I am in “her” spot. I the paying customer who got his food 30 minutes late and the entire lobby has twenty other tables and she tells me I am in her spot. I was polite back and left. Then a week later I have a similar experience but a gentleman who was also a customer started a conversation with me and another customer joined in. We were the only three customers in the lobby and yes one of the customers had a very loud voice but I would be polite and respond in a lower tone bc the security woman kept giving us the evil eye and sighing. Then she told us to shut up and leave if we were done eating. I was there an hour and half so I did leave but I will never come back. It is amazing a woman that isn’t even staff is that rude. The staff heard her telling us off and went out of their way to go out the back door and apologize and wave goodbye to me. So it isn’t the staff it is the security woman. She cleared our three paying customers and did it so rudely instead of saying something polite. She is a racist! Never coming back. I live up the hill and I like to walk through the forest hill park down there but I am always the only white person around and it is amazing how many racist rude people are down there.

That night crew is very slow and shitty get better workers. Line always long they take orders 1 at a time and get a attitude when u try to order after 30 minutes of waiting!

No sign saying the bathrooms are down, so i waited in front of the register for 5 minutes to find out they aren’t open.

I wasn’t gonna write it but what ever this place is horrible service is horrible they slow rude and don’t know how to talk to customers needs new people working here been waiting 30+ minutes at drive thru and 3 cars have moved come on I doubt Taco Bell is this slow in reality NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT URGENTLY and training on employees customer service
