How hard is it to get an order correct?? I went truth the drive through at this location about 2 weeks ago. The young lady that took my order was just unprofessional! She sounded add if she was completely uninterested in getting the order correct. So I repeated it multiple times to get saying, “uh huh, uh huh”. I order a chicken taco supreme combo. When I got home, of course they were BEEF! Unfortunately, I’m allergic to beef. I called the store no answer. Cake customer service and they assured me that management from the store would be teaching out to me. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! This means that I paid $16 for a soda! This place is clearly only as professional as it’s management.

Location needs to be shut down. Trash food served by lying people with an attitude. So my pizza was made wrong with no cheese and it was a mess. So I requested that to be fixed. Didn’t fix it great but at least it had cheese. Both fries were old and cold like they were there all day. Both my Doritos tacos were smashed. My husband’s 5 layer burrito was mostly shell. The side of beef i was giving was such a mess they didn’t close it just shoved it in a bag to spill all over. The chips and cheese was missing had to request them again. She gave us small drinks I told her the meal was large she said she would get us large she lied. She came back lying to me telling me that there was no large cups and walked away. I looked behind the counter and right where she came from was large cups. I threw away the smaller drinks one because It wasn’t what I ordered (she refused to give me what I ordered) and two because it took them 10 minutes or more to fix (i guess the best of their abilities) my order and the drinks I didn’t order were already watered down. After throwing away the drinks I took the mess of food and walked away because I seen they weren’t going to do their jobs properly or replace or refund since she just gave me an attitude and walked away lying to me. I took a picture of her since they don’t wear name tags. She needs to be fired. I paid $27.05 for a trash mess and attitude from an employee because I asked her to make it correctly. It was so bad I even seen customers walk away. Glad they did because they would have received the same trash i did. Also the store was dirty wasn’t cleaned apparently they only stay on that side of the counter and are too lazy to clean. I ordered in app wish I seen the place and reviews before I wasted my hard earned money. Never again

This might be the worst Taco Bell location I’ve been to. They left out someone’s burrito, and two people got empty crunch wraps with nothing in them except for lettuce and tomato. How does that even happen? Also we were given part of another customer’s order too, so whoever that was wasn’t having a good experience either.

This is unacceptable !! On our way back for the 10 piece chicken missing in my bag my fries n chipotle sauce my food is so cold …I need a manager..my money back or something I’m choosing another store next time .. I live on the East side ! on line order $35 ……well I’m here they refused to do anything for the pizza they have an attitude for giving food they forgot that I paid for this store is awful…go some place else if u want hot food heck..if you want your food period go some place else ..I see why no one comes to the steelyard. Horrible horrible customer service!!!just left look what they gave me like 5 fries and cold chicken and 3 of them are just hard pieces

What even is going on here? Sure, I made the fatal error of ordering delivery from a Taco Bell at 3 in the morning, but what arrived shattered my already rock bottom expectations. When the order arrived labeled for a completely different person, my first instinct was to place the blame with the DoorDash driver, but when I opened the bag to at least enjoy some sort of meal, I was shocked to discover that the items in the bag didn’t match the other person’s order nor did it match mine. All I can speculate that there are three missed matched orders floating out there in the night, disappointing not only myself, but two others with sloppily put together entrees cold as the night.

Paid for 45 dollars worth of food, only got 22 dollars worth of my order, my whole entire lux box, chalupa, burrito, and chips is missing, they only sent one small tiny splash of guacamole i paid almost 1 dollar for but not the chips, the taco party pack tacos are all burnt and have literally the smallest amount of meat you could imagine, like 90 percent of the taco is just shell, one spoonful of meat, like no cheese, no lettuce, and i asked for a regular Sweet tea and they gave me mango, which Im allergic to. Horrible service, crappy delivery, and the app when i reported my missing items only gave me a coupon for next time. Like excuse me i want my money back please.
