Fire the entire crew and the manager too! Service is horrible. No way anyone should wait 30-45 minutes for Taco Bell!! The prices are outrageous and the wait is ridiculous! I’ve waited close to an hour for an order on several occasions. As a delivery driver, I avoid this place like the plague! Anytime I accept an order from here, it’s a regrettable decision! Yesterday I waited 35 minutes for them to hand me a bag that was sitting there the whole time I was!! Even after giving the “manager” the name on the order, (after waiting 15 minutes to even be acknowledged) she never checked the bag, just walked away. Lady!!…
Another 20 minutes go by before another person comes around the corner and asks if anyone is here for Elise… if you have 6 drivers waiting, and an order sitting there, chances are….. Hellloo??
During that 35 minutes only one driver got their order and was able to move on with their life. This is a constant issue, not just once. No more Taco Bell orders for me!! I’d have to clock in and pack a lunch! JFC

This taco bell is a complete joke! Not only do they take forever and a day with a mobile order, but this lady calls herself a manager, and instead of helping on boards with her coworkers to ease down a long line, she decides to lean on counters instead! Never coming here again! Ill make sure to make tacos at home from now on ❤️

I ordered through the app and everything was amazing!! My kids enjoyed their meal just as much as I did. Thank you for preparing the correct food with good quality. Plenty of sauce, napkins and even a utensil.. wrapped nicely and sealed shut. Appreciate it a lot.

Man, I love Taco Bell, and I know this location is always busy and it’s gotta be tough working there. I feel for these folks sometimes.
But good god, I don’t think this place has ever gotten my order correct. in the 3 years I’ve been coming here, not once. Something is missing or it literally looks like slop. It’s just gotten worse and worse.

Update:a few minutes later, after sitting at the window for 10mins, I overheard the drive thru worker say that “the guy in the drive thru can wait until 5am for all that I can.” Given that i had waited for over and hour, 10mins at the window with no acknowledgement from the staff, and could see my bag of food sitting there while she swapped out cash drawers and diddled with straws, I decided enough is enough and left without my husband’s food.
This place sucks so bad. Its Sunday, 11/16 and I got in line at 7:45, its now 8:30pm and I still haven’t gotten my $10 worth of food/drink. I sat in line for almost an hour! So many vehicles came and went but because my husband ordered ahead we felt stuck and were unable to cancel. Thanks for wasting an hour of our lives. Avoid this place. Either new staff or new management, but something needs to change. There were plenty of staff so its not shortage issue. I counted at least 4 that I saw.

Went inside the taco bell placed my order and waited for a half an hour. Like a ten dollar order. There were others that came after me and they waited also a manager she came to front didn’t acknowledge us and started to count down the drawer. A customer said something to her. And she said back to him with an attitude would you like an application cause we don’t have enough people to do drive thru and counter. Well in my opinion don’t have both open if they can’t handle drive thru and dine in. And the manager should have been helping more then she was. If your team is struggling to get stuff done then you jump in and multi task. This place is the worst location ever. Will never go back.

There are 3 guarantees in life. Death, taxes & Taco Bell 117th messing up your order. This location is abysmal. The service and employees are awful, they take forever no matter the order or time. Insanely long wait time every time I’ve been here. I honestly dont think there is a single time I’ve gotten out of here in under 20 minutes. Doesn’t matter if you ordered ahead, picking up inside or at the drive thru this place has been slow 100% the final straw was the 1 time I chose delivery and waited 1.45 minutes for my $10 order only to open the bag and it was someone else order. I dont care how good TB seems when you’re drunk, sitting in this drive thru line for 30minutes for incorrect food sucks, and is a waste of your money.
