The drive thru cashier was wonderful he interacted with my twins in the back seat. He slipped us a small treat for the kids once they were finished as well. Food was plentiful, hot, and delicious. Customer service top knotch.

Far an away the most CONSISTENT and best service fast food place around. Food is always made fast, fresh, and hot. I’m never stuck waiting, and I never get the wrong order. They put napkins and any utensils needed in the bag- I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stopped at other fast food places and they give you messy, poorly wrapped food and no napkins.

Drove out this way to take my daughter on a day trip to do something fun and stopped for some Tbell and this was the absolute rudest experience we’ve had. My daughter was in the backseating asking “what’s that guy’s problem?” Got our food and it did not taste fresh. Poor attitudes and poor quality Tbell. Ended up taking my daughter somewhere else. We didn’t end up eating it on the way home.

I really don’t like taco bell too much anymore ate it growing up once you eat authentic Mexican food and that includes tacos there’s no comparison. But I’m thankful for the meal just not for me anymore !!

Terrible service, the staff refused to acknowledge our existence with the manager sitting right in the lobby.
We eventually had use the self order kiosk.
When our food came it was substandard.
My wife took one bite of her food and wouldn’t touch it again.
