We went through the drive thru to pick up and online order (a very small order of $11) and ended up waiting 44 minutes. After 25 minutes, we got out of the drive thru and my daughter went inside (it was her order) but she said no one even acknowledged her so she came back out to the car and we went back into the drive thru with 1 car at the speaker. Almost 20 minutes went by before we got the food and the orders of Cinnabon bites were no longer hot and half of each one was hard and inedible. Overall, it was very disappointing. We love having a Taco Bell in town but it’s not gone very well at all. I hope whomever owns it can hire more people and make an effort to stay. In a town of a few thousand people, you can’t afford to have crap service and subpar food quality. I want you to stay but I’m tired of giving y’all more chances. Do yourself and customers a favor and work on the service and food quality.

Every time I order from here they mess it up. I am in the food industry idc what type of good u r serving fast food , gourmet food. One should have pride in what u r serving. That was supposed to be a veggie bowl. It looks like I already ate it but that is how they served it . I also spent 30$ ridiculous

Really hate that this place is here all the food seems old like hours old the shells are always very hard food just isn’t warm( I do doordash it so ill cut them some slack on that) but it just sucks i know im always going to have a bad experience when my dasher picks the food up from the grafton taco bell

We got drive thru and had the best experience. We went at a late hour, but they made the fries fresh for us and they were seriously so good, best fries we’ve had in awhile. Everything else was great as well. We will to have to go back soon. Five plus stars!!

My husband and I got a cantina chicken burrito tonight at the drive thru. It took a long time to get service . The worst thing was when we got home to eat the burrito, there was NO chicken on either one of our sandwiches. Just terrible ! Where is the chicken? Not at Taco belll.

Ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes and 3 regular crunchy tacos. Paid for them and before I put my wallet away I was handed my order. All of my tacos were oh so good.

After ordering waited in line for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Got to the window and no one was there and waited for 6 minutes to pay. Then waited another 4 minutes for my food which ended up being cold snd soggy and the nacho fries were not fully cooked. Ended up throwing food out. They were good when they first opened and have gone downhill ever since. Will not go there again and will head back to Chestnut Commons.
