Consistently the worst drive through in Ridgeville. 30 minutes minimum in the drive through. Why they can’t get it together is beyond me. Obviously need a management change. I’d contact Taco Bell but of course they didn’t give me my receipt for a survey and an order number to prove I’m not trolling.

Avoid this TB as the workers seem to care very little about what they’re making or how they’re packing or serving it. Placed an order to go for 5 adults and they placed 14 items in one bag, effectively smashing everything. Definitely NOT the Taco Bell of my youth.

Usually loved this location… the service I just received was terrible. Not only was the food just so disappointing when asking if I could have a side of sour cream, I understood I can happily pay for the $.80 for it, but this container is barely 1/3 of the way filled and my quesadilla is basically just tortilla and some of that sauce and a sprinkle (if that) of cheese.

Why is it every time I come to this location the waiting time for the drive-thru is HORRIBLE. every damn time. I don’t even know why I still BOTHER coming to this location. Every time I come here I tell myself I should’ve just gone to the McDonald’s or Burger King right down the street. Don’t even waste your time, because you’ll be sitting in the drive for almost 30 and sometimes even 40 minutes. After working a full 8+ hour shift I’d rather not sit for an additional 30 mins for some mid tier food. The way they treat you for being hungry is also always hit or miss.

honestly everyone is very kind here I Would give them the benefit of the doubt because they are always busy and most of the time shortstaffed I do know that Kaitlin was very, very kind to me and helped me with the kiosk And I’m a regular there and she has always been nice to me no matter how busy that they are.

What is this??? A burrito from your $11 taco burrito party pack. False advertising on your drivethru menu’s. This burrito looks as if it was stepped on before putting it into the box.
Revisited for a late nite snack, bought a taco party pack and the taco’s were halfway full. This is what you give me for $15??

I don’t know what’s going on in the store, but for 2 nights in a row the drive through has been 30+ minutes wait. Same 8 cars waiting. Barely any customers inside the store. They are just straight up taking one order per 5 minutes at the drive through. Insane.
First night, I was like oh, prob a one time thing and something happened inside the store. But two nights in a row. Waste of time.

You might want to fix that problem that causes people to wait 40 MINUTES for one of your Luxe boxes and a Cantina Chicken Taco, even when ordering through the app. I also saw a guy eating nachos in the work area through the drive-thru window. Please make the orders significantly faster. I’ve gone through a Ruby Tuesday salad bar in HALF the time it took me to get my order tonight. Fix the problem ASAP!
Food is good, including the new Refreshers.
Overall, please go to a different location until they fix this egregious mistake.

Says open until 6am and they’re only open until 2am that’s a 4 hour difference, please fix the google time or be open until 6am. Drive through the drive thru with someone’s car parked like there was a worker there probably hiding in the back lol.
