Bad experience with teenagers up there. I ordered my food and it came wrong so I asked to remake it and tried giving the items back. my fiancé and i have gone to this taco bell almost daily for lunch on our lunch breaks for nearly two years without issues. the last couple months we have gone on a few separate occasions and not received our food in time to eat on our break. today this very situation happened to my fiancé, and he very kindly asked for his money back. the manager, while talking to a fellow employee, was very rude about the whole situation and informed her this would be the “last time.” … maybe if this taco bell could promptly put out food, considering it is FAST food, you wouldn’t have to give so many people their money back. when they do manage to give us our food in a timely manner, at least one item is usually wrong. we will go literally anywhere else from now on.

Went through drive through , drive through was rude so I went in to talk to manager asked for upper management and also asked for a survey was denied any further information also bought a pop after my bad experience and I asked for a receipt to get the survey the girl refused to give me my receipt cause she knew I would do a survey , so I asked for a manager and the girl sat there next to her shaking her head and laughing and the manager told me that the name for the cashier wouldn’t be the girl that rang me up but that was who rang me out so apparently they’re ringing up under wrong names now. Name on the receipt is Morgan. Also manager tried to tell me they don’t give out receipts thats why the girl didn’t give me my receipt and I said that’s my legal right first of all. Also when I asked for a manager the staff brought over some girl who wasn’t even manager first. But she pretended to be which was pathetic. Then I looked at them and said no please get me your manager. Honestly this is really sad. I hope professionalism gets better here. Also all the girls sat there laughing when I just expected my cashier and manager to talk to me like a human. When I was actually very kind and understanding until this got out of hand.

I get taco bell pretty frequently, any location i go to i never have any issues, the food and service are great. I went after work today and placed my order in the app. Majority of the time i press the round up button for whichever charity its going to, tonight i did not. When i got to the window the lady working the drive thru threw the bag at me and said “next time round up bitch”. I thanked her anyways and drove off. I should’ve known then something would be wrong with my order but I understand having a long shift or just a bad night. My tacos were bare, hardly anything in them. I was very disappointed tonight, due to the fact i didn’t round up 27¢
