OK, the Mrs. and I were looking for another gourmet meal so we program Taco Bell into the Google maps found one seven minutes away which was outstanding here on Bagley Road came inside. They’re a little lightly staffed. I think there’s only maybe three people working here. The place is pretty busy. We use the app to order and waited inside for our food and it ended up being about 10 minutes after they said it was gonna be done so I went up and asked if I was at the wrong Taco Bell because that has happened to me before no I was at the right one they were just backed up But they were super nice about it and we were not in a particular hurry so it was no big deal couple minutes later we got the food. We got four tacos and a soda for about $17 tasted OK we love Taco Bell. Oh and an immediate security violation with the back door propped open.

It’s always pretty good food here but any visit – even placing it on the Taco Bell app and sitting in the special drive through line for app orders – it takes over 20-30 minutes per order in the drive through. When it’s not busy it can be 10 minutes and when it’s busy you could get stuck in the line for 30 minutes. Avoid if you don’t have the time to wait. I had long enough of a time at the drive through speaker to write this entire passage for reference. Drive down Bagley and visit the Middleberg Heights location next to 71 for better service and hotter food.

1264 West Bagley Berea Ohio. 4 chances I have given this location! Done..always missing food, order not correct and after reviewing receipt overcharged! Ridiculous this day and age with price increases still literally stealing from customers and profit unless there is internal theft to make up for it! Finally submitted complaint to corporate website we shall see if they take care of a once loyal customer who will not be anymore. Go to another location people as this one steals from their customers and you will wait 20-30 minutes in line to be ripped off.

This is by far the slowest Taco Bell around. Wouldn’t be so bad if the order was correct after the long wait but it never is. This last trip took just over 20 minutes from order to service and I really wish I were exaggerating. No apology offered, nothing. I will not be going to this location again.

If making food wrong and taking forever was their goal than this would be one of the best taco bells ever. These people don’t understand the point of call ahead or their own app. Even if they did, they would still make the food wrong. How hard is it to just not put ranch or sour cream on every damn thing. Don’t dare expect them to have the brain power to comprehend a custom order. They can barely handle the normal one. Who ever owns this franchise should be embarrassed, amd taco bell deserves to close. People keep paying for their over priced trash food.

Usually slow because they are under staffed, 50/50 shot at getting a chulopa shell cooked correctly and for the love of god turn your items back on for the app. It’s Quesorito day and you took them off along with the other new items and breakfast items. It’s just this store because the other 2 closest have the items. Don’t tell me that you are out of said items because it’s happened before and when I order at the speaker I get said items blocked on the app.

Newly built store. I ordered Door Dash last night and went in to pick it up myself.
Walking in, the store had a faint, bad smell. Having worked at Starbucks in the past, the faint smell reminded me of times when our drain was backed up and there was slime growing in it. But, not the kind of smell you want to be greeted with when going in a store.
No one helped me. I stood at the counter for minutes. Eventually, someone gave food to the lady in the drive thru and said, ‘this is Door Dash’. I had to yell out- I think that’s me.
Having said all that. My order was right and the food tasted good. However, I’d expect more from a newly opened store.

I ordered online assuming my stuff would be ready when I showed up…you know like it is at EVERY OTHER place that lets you order online. After the PayPal tab on the website wouldn’t allow me to pay that way I used a card. It should’ve been a warning to just give up .
Order took forever . I stood there waiting . Another guy walked in and waited for his order . We stood there for a good 20 minutes (by his watch) . No calling out done orders . No placing done orders on the mobile order rack WHICH IS THE SHELFS ONLY PURPOSE .
I visited this location a while ago and swore Id never do it again . I forgot and was reminded why .
The only good thing that came from this visit is that Im finally done with Taco Bell . Prices have gotten way too high and I don’t need the aggravation from a place that should be shut done and owners franchise license pulled .

Awful! You can be the only car in the drive thru and still wait 40 min. The order is ALWAYS wrong! This store has been a mess since it opened. They close early because they have no staff. Waited 20 min, order wrong and we get a free taco coupon & this taco.

Staff ignores you when come in and then acts like you – the customer – is bothering them. Slowest food prep ever. Have waited over 30 min to get my food. And that is the regular wait time!
