Ordered (2) – 2 Chicken Chalupas combos today 10/14/2022 12:30pm and all (4) were poorly portioned with chicken and the taco ground beef had an odd smell. I opened up my meal to find cigar paper and tobacco stuck to the top of my food. I called to tell the manager he said ” I dont believe you” I said I will gladly bring it up and show you.. He hung up. So here is the proof. this is beyond disgusting and so unprofessional on the phone. I tried to call back and got a busy tone. This is not the first time i had an issue here, i got robbed 20 dollars before. Same guy I handed 20 in cash and said put the rest on the card, I was charged the full price I complained to the store and had to file for a miss charge on my card and never got my money back. This guy needs a new job so rude smoking pot at work and getting the tobacco and cigar wrapping in my food, stole 20 dollars service is slow always and the way he talked on the phone I wish he would talk that way to me in person. Id give 0 stars if I could and totally name blast the guy morning manager for his rudeness I ask for the district managers number and was told no, believe me I will go up there and find the district manager find out the guy I spoke with and I dont want my money back i want an apology

Went here to grab one of my friends food for lunch and I basically just got of bed so I saw they had coffee on the menu and I thought to myself well it can’t be that bad…. omg was I wrong don’t get me wrong there quesadillas smack but that coffee smacked me right on the face so if your like me and think it can’t be that bad I’m here to tell you yes it can be.

Hello just wanted to show my cheese quesadilla I got. It wasn’t cooked and they used smaller tortillas. I wont go back to this one. Taco Bell has just been getting worse and worse. I can’t get over how kind the young man was who took my order. Having just been diagnosed with diabetes and really high cholesterol, I am trying to control my blood sugar and my triglycerides. I know the Taco Bell menu like the back of my hand. But I am not familiar with any vegetarian offerings. I also am trying to avoid rice and a young man made a suggestion for the vegetarian burritos without rice which were fantastic. I’m not exaggerating. They were fantastic. But he also said why don’t I try a diet Baja blast because I told him I can’t stomach diet pop. He told me I would really like it and he was right. He didn’t even charge me for it. Just said good luck with this. I don’t know if he’s diabetic himself or what. But my gosh was he nice.

Place a mobile order on the app for this location at 5:15 PM yesterday. When we showed up around 5:30 to pick it up, the drive thru was coned off. Assuming they were having issues with the speaker, we pulled into a spot to go inside and pick up the order. The door was locked, despite their hours saying they’re open until much later. There was no sign stating they were closed, the employees were sitting in there and just ignored me at the door. Had to cancel the order because I couldn’t pick it up. Customer service said the district manager for this location would reach out, Taco Bell’s customer service is a joke because this is the 2nd time I’ve reached out about an issue at their restaraunt and never hear back from anyone.
