We have been experiencing a fiasco for the last two orders. One time, items arrived missing and we ordered the $25 build-your-own menu that I recently ordered. One of the nachos fries boxes was completely empty and the other was ice cold. There was almost no meat in the tacos, they were wet and ice cold. This should not be what we get for the service we pay for. If you don’t like making group boxed meals, either don’t do it or remove it from the menu. I will not shop at this location again. I recommend you think twice when ordering a group box.

Every tacobell sucks, but this one especially. We’ve tried to eat here and either it never arrived if we ordered online, we had to wait in the drivethru for 45+mins to never get our food, or you get half of your order. This tacobell is HORRIBLE, hire new/more people. This place is AWFUL. This used to be one of the better tacobells around here too. what a shame! IF YOU’RE GOING TO MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES WORK TILL 5AM PAY THEM A GOOD WAGE. KEEP GOOD PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING SO THE LINE ISNT SO LONG. SO PEOPLE KEEP COMING TO YOUR STORE.

literally writing this as i sit here and eat, but every single table in the dining room is dirty. i’ve been in here for maybe 25 mins and no one has come to wipe anything despite 3 team members seeing my partner and i order, grab our food, and sit. not only this, food is cold; they’ve had like 4 people including us 2 order since we had gotten here. listen, ive worked in food at various restaurants and kitchens for 3+ years and i can’t fathom how i ordered a taco, it was ready in 2 mins, and was cold. lastly, i tried to ask a simple question, but couldn’t even get it out because i was ignored by two team members in the kitchen. i said “i have a question!” directly to a girl standing in front of me, she looked at me as if i was lost, didn’t interact, and told the drive through worker “i think he has a question” to which he replied “okay?” and then walked away. she did not step up to help said question.

I opened up my meal to find cigar paper and tobacco stuck to the top of my food. I called to tell the manager he said ” I dont believe you” I said I will gladly bring it up and show you.. He hung up. So here is the proof. this is beyond disgusting and so unprofessional on the phone. I tried to call back and got a busy tone. This is not the first time i had an issue here, i got robbed 20 dollars before. Same guy I handed 20 in cash and said put the rest on the card, I was charged the full price I complained to the store and had to file for a miss charge on my card and never got my money back. This guy needs a new job so rude smoking pot at work and getting the tobacco and cigar wrapping in my food, stole 20 dollars service is slow always and the way he talked on the phone I wish he would talk that way to me in person. Id give 0 stars if I could and totally name blast the guy morning manager for his rudeness I ask for the district managers number and was told no, believe me I will go up there and find the district manager find out the guy I spoke with and I dont want my money back i want an apology

I would first and foremost like to commend the General Manager on a phenomenal job. This was my second or third visit while in the area for work. I used the drive thru today and it was fast and prompt service! My truck is a little loud being a diesel and there was a very minor mixup where I received two drinks by mistake without any hesitation or delay I was offered a refund. I declined and was offered something else of my choice since I was not worried about the mishap. That order was quickly done right after. While waiting I observed a new trainee getting some instruction on the cleaning of the BOH. It was very impressive to see how well kept things were and how kindly the employee was instructed by management. You don’t see that too often these days.
Credit to everybody else on the team for the quality of the food as well! You can tell they all work together and actually care about how the food goes out.

Went through the drive through and I don’t have enough money in my bank for the bill, so I told the worker to cancel it and I got nothing. And I was still charged the money. Came back the ext day to see what was up becuase I was still charged the money for it. The General manager said “ I needed to wait 2-3 days “ because on the banking app it still said pending. She gave me a crunch wrap and a drink so I thought it was going to be a good experience. So I came back a week later after the charge was no longer pending and went through. I went in and the general manger said “ I gave you the Crunchwrap” and I asked if I can get any cash from it and she said no. So I paid 17 dollars for a Crunchwrap and a drink and havnt gotten any of the money back. Do not recommend this location. Not nice inside and very poor customer service.

This was my crunch wrap supreme. How??? That is absurd! I also got the 5 layer cheesy burrito. It was folded wrong and part of the top tortilla was torn off, but I let it go bc I was hungry. But, when I opened the crunchwrap supreme after; I had to post something to warn others. That is ridiculous and unacceptable! I didn’t eat whatever that was (not a crunchwrap supreme). So, don’t eat here if you want your food to look the same way it’s advertised to look, because it won’t.

If you are hungry, save yourself the trouble from going to this particular taco bell store. Ordered (2) – 2 Chicken Chalupas combos today 10/14/2022 12:30pm and all (4) were poorly portioned with chicken and the taco ground beef had an odd smell. (Like contamination/old), first time I ever threw away a tb order like that.
