Closes lobby during business hours with no mention of this on the app when selecting in store pickup. Doors are locked with a sign. I call to ask about how to get my food, hangs up on me. Maybe do your training before you open or at least update the app or I don’t know, explain on the phone instead of hanging up? Hello?

Ordered a Nacho cheese, slow roasted chicken and rice chalupa (just meat and cheese) costs an extra $2.24!!.. barely had enough “filling” to cover the bottom of the shell. They also forgot to put the three cheese blend on it..They forgot my sauces, utensils, and napkins. I will try the other Taco Bell next time..

The staff here at 4:40pm sucks!!! I sat here for twenty minutes trying to get someone to take my money after ordering on this stupid kiosk thing the ladies kept walking back n fourth by the grille and not paying any attention to me! Finally the woman comes takes my money and doesn’t even Ask if I wanted to add anymore. I definitely won’t be coming back into this ranch! What a joke!

Spent $35.18 and waited 15 minutes for them to take our order and another almost 20 minutes for them to make the food. The Mexican pizza looked thrown together… see pic. We both ordered the new grilled cheese double steak burrito and mine was over loaded with steak and very little rice and no red strips. My hubby’s was loaded with rice barely any steak and no red strips….. see pic. Sad thing is that they weren’t even busy. One family eating inside and no one in the drive thru. We stopped eating here before because of the service and quality of food before. Guess it’s time to stop going here again. And it’s a shame because this Taco Bell is 5 mins from my home and the other one is 15 mins. away.

Trash. Went to go get some food after we got our daughter to sleep spent 39.12 got three steak quesadillas not a single one was made the same. Got 2 chalupa supreme not lettuce or tomato both had everything but sour cream! 5 layer beefy burrito was the size of my pinky… And the worst part is they weren’t even busy and we waited 15 mins for our food. While waiting at the window it was all fun and games and giggles. I get having a good time at work but at the expense of ruining someone’s meal wasting their gas and leaving me in one of the most fowl moods I’ve been in for a while. If half of their attention span was used to do their job and not joke around I don’t think this place would be half as bad as it is. When I called and spoke to the manager she had the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered! Not only will I be complaining to upper management I will also be calling corporate!
