It should be common courtesy when someone’s pays for something like jalapeño which don’t cost the company much to give them more than 4 and 2 halves? But what should I expect when the rest of the proportions is terrible, either this Taco Bell is skimping out or the one I went to on Alexis is over piling it on high. Either way pretty disappointing for what I paid . This is my hard earned money I deserve as a customer to get what’s advertised and what I paid for .

Alliyah P went above and beyond truly one of the few who still care about good service.
My wife and I stopped by this Taco Bell drive thru not long ago, and I felt like I should share our experience after seeing that harsh review about Alliyah P. We were actually helped by her not too long ago, and I can confidently say she was nothing but polite, professional, and attentive. She greeted us warmly, double-checked our order, and even apologized for a short wait — which honestly wasn’t long at all. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their work, and Alliyah definitely does. While some of the other employees seemed distracted or just ready to get through the rush, she was focused and respectful, making sure every customer was handled properly. That kind of attitude stands out nowadays. It’s unfair when people post extreme comments after one small issue, especially when they don’t realize how hectic drive-thru work can get during busy hours. My wife even mentioned how refreshing it was to see someone her age working with that level of care and professionalism. We had no problems with our order everything was right, hot, and served with a smile. It’s sad to see someone try to tear down an employee who’s clearly doing her best and treating people well. Alliyah P deserves recognition, not criticism. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location again, and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have someone like her on the team

Edit 07/19/23: Ordered INSIDE pick up today, specifically so I wouldn’t have to wait in the drive thru line. However, when I got to the restaurant the freaking door was locked! So I had to wait in the drive thru line anyway which completely defeats the point. Don’t advertise in-store pick up IF IT IS NOT AVAILABLE.
Worker was actually pretty friendly. However, some of the potatoes in my potato taco were literally burnt, rock hard, and inedible. And look at how much meat was in my crunchy taco lmao!!! Must be a joke. For how expensive Taco Bell is now I expect better. And there were zero people at the restaurant at that time. None. I need to stop eating here because it is awful every time

Used to be the best Taco Bell waited in the line for a nacho bell grande shoved in a cardboard box with no type of liner soaking into the paper & broken tacos with rotten lettuce all food went in the trash absolutely disgusting manager said I could come back no thanks on the rotten food or waiting in line another 25 minutes for my money back ridiculous

Today the food was made good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bring back the actual large drinks to earn a full 5 star visit. I would also like the bigger burritos, the 1/2 lb. Bring back the combo burrito. Grill the tortillas before making the burritos.

The girls standing there giggling and staring at us while wait for our online order. We stood there waiting for someone ask us can I help u but nothing. Waited 13 mins until one girl was leaving for the night and asked us if we had been helped. We said no and she apologized. Counter service sucks. Thought it would be quicker since the drive thru was slammed.

9/24 update. Ordered on the app ahead of time. Show up at 30min later and the food is already made and sitting at the window. They claim it was made 5min before, but there is a time stamp on the sticker.
I dont know what to say about this place, in the last 10 orders at this location,we have maybe had one complete order correct. I have been “told” this is a training store, well they are not doing any training. Back to traveling to Oregon on Navarre, they get the order spot on, everytime.
