Taco Bell has gone to shittt.. the absolute worst customer service.. only online orders and – orders.. they don’t know how to work a drive-thru anymore?? Food was crunchy and old and disgusting… Absolutely the worst…… For a lifetime customer you have lost me for good… Basically I paid for dog food and they didn’t even want to eat it….. Taco Bell you need to stop with the automated and get back to ..The real McCoy of having real people really making really good food.. is as of now I will never return!!!!!!!

I don’t know what it is with this location, but everytime I order it’s wrong. Not sure why I keep giving it another chance. Not just a small mistake, every single item will be made incorrectly or just the wrong item entirely. I literally work in a drive thru so I understand mistakes happen, I’ve legit never left a review on a food place but this is just ridiculous. How is it so bad??

Usually not a great experience at this location, HOWEVER, I have noticed many improvements recently and I want to acknowledge them with a positive review.
Today, everything was wonderful. The food tasted better than usual. The chips I received were much more fully formed, and not nearly as smashed into bits as usual. Even the Baja Blast seemed better. Also, when I specifically asked for Fire sauce, I actually got it!
I was very pleased, and I truly hope the improvements I’ve noticed will still be there the next time I’m back.

We got there for b’fast and ordered 3 Cali crunchwraps, with no meat or bacon, plus guac on 3. Drove away, only to find out that one still had bacon. Upon return, they were through serving b’fast, and they believed that since their clerk had not made any notation of the no bacon on the 3rd crunchwrap, that that was not how it was ordered. Imagine that, a clerk that can not make any mistakes. Preposterous!

I shouldn’t have to put BBQ sauce on my taco because you guys didn’t put sauce in my bag. I came all the way down to this taco bell because the other taco bell on Dorr hardly ever serves their food hot and I never get sauce. It’s tacos WHERES THE MILD SAUCE!! ALSO on as far as north Reynolds is concerned,.the lady who took my order was a lil dry with me because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The young man who took my card and gave me my food was a sweetheart. I just don’t appreciate paying 14.96 for tacos and have to eat it with BBQ sauce. And ONE NAPKIN FOR ALL MY FOOD smh

We go to Taco Bell a lot, but not usually this one on Reynolds. Just like the one on Central avenue this one had crunchy chalupas. I’ve always gotten the chalupas and they’re chewy not crunchy these actually hurt my teeth. Everything else was good though.

Very disappointed with my visit!!! they put the pizza on bottom of bag with 12 tacos on top and half the Order was messed up ordered a deluxe box a was missing everything in the box because they don’t use box an throw everything in bag!! Please use boxes they make it so much easier and some people order them because they are easier for kids and know everything is in there

DO NOT visit this location after 10pm. The safe is extremely incompetent. The forget half ypur order, add extras to your fee, add extra topping to food that you didn’t ask for or forget items. Service after 10pm is horrible every time. Before 10pm staff is friendly and almost never miss an item. Night and day difference.
