Ordered at the kiosk for my cousin and grandma. Two Doritos nacho tacos. Very good and fresh. Cousin got the crunch wrap with steak. Don’t forget your avocado sauce very good for your Taco Bell ! Tried the dirty Baja blast! Very pleased!

(Note: This event took place early morning Wednesday at approximately 12:30AM. I’ve been in Toledo for work for a few days and I work very late so when I get home, the only thing that’s open is this Taco Bell and it’s right by my hotel. This evening I walked over there and found out their dining room was closed despite it saying it was open online. The young lady told me it was closed and I told her I’m so sorry all I have is my work truck and then she let me in. I thought how nice of her Then I get home with the food and they had poured so much hot sauce on it that I am probably calling off of work for the next couple of days. This is ridiculous. All she would’ve had to do is tell me she’s not letting me in. I would’ve went and got my truck. I didn’t deserve to be poisoned. I thanked her a million times. I had no idea that me coming into that dining room would offend them so badly that they tried to harm me by putting something in my food. I ripped it open and took a picture. They even put it in the sauce that came with it. Was I supposed to tip or something g and I did t realize it?!?

Absolute worst off of the worst work here. I pretty much never leave a review for fast food but I don’t think it gets much lower. Every single thing I ordered literally fell apart in the wrappers. There was no line, nobody else waiting before or after me. I’ll never go back and will tell everyone I know, do not go to this Taco Bell. Hope the owners see this review and do dominion about this franchise location while they still can…

When entering the lady said that we must order our food through the kiosk. I’m not sure about you, but I do not work at Taco Bell. That is the only Taco Bell or establishment that I’ve ever been at that you must order your own food through a computer. Once we heard that, we walked back out. And went to a different facility ( Applebee’s ), And we paid extra, but we were trying to order our own food through a computer.

Walk in no one greet me. Stood at front counter for 5-7 mins before they ask if I been helped. Everything is on kiosk. I never use those things! Everyone can’t read! Not even a menu up. It’s on kiosk also. No interaction with customers. No hello or come again.

Really uncomfortably asked me to pull all the way around the building to the window after I was already there waiting for my food. I was the only car waiting. I’m sure it’s because of some metric but why should I waste my gas driving around your building? Management should be aware.

Places our order for dine in and sat for 20 minutes waiting.
Talled to someone he said we never placed an order, funny you charged my credit card.
