The food took a while to get and there was only one other adult and two children in the restaurant and the drive thru was empty because it nor the parking lot had been plowed. The side walks were covered in very wet deeper snow. It was around 5pm so they had all day to have addressed those snow issues.

Been getting this specific taco bell for over 2 years. As of lately they have been killing it. They seem to have gotten new staff and this time, they give a crap about the customers experience. At around 12:15am on Oct 14th was the best, freshest taco bell I’ve ever gotten. Genuinely great job. Yall make me want to come back tomorrow night. Please keep good employees, a few good ones replace a dozen bad ones.

My order was messed up. I got Mexican pizza meal deal and some how ended up with sauce and cheese no tomatoe the shells were stale or like made later in day with old grease. Normally this is my go to taco bell. Pretty bummed.

Very disappointed sat in line over 45mins ordered my food and then sat at the window for another 10 minutes got my food pulled off and was very disappointed!! My significant other has an allergy to lettuce so we asked for 3 DL tacos with no lettuce and they put it on there anyways then to top it off I ordered a taco Supreme and they put no sour cream on it and I ordered the new queslupa meal and there was no sauce on it at all. I tried to call the store but was rudely hung up on by who ever answered the phone before I even got a word out or even a hello so I then drove back and sat in line another 30 minutes for only the 3 tacos to be corrected and at that point my significant other decided he didn’t trust the tacos because of how rude the drive thru girl behaved over mistakes that could’ve just been easily fixed! At this point I just want a refund I feel really disappointed

The food was good. Usual Taco Bell experience. The service however was absolutely atrocious. The person at the window didn’t even speak to me but was laughing with her coworkers and it felt like she almost threw the bag at me and gave me the wrong drinks twice!
