I was in a rush! I was starving! I pulled into Front Street location Taco Bell. They got my order together very quickly! As I was eating it, I realized it was the best Taco Bell that I have ever experience in 43 years! My cheesy gordita crunch and grilled cheese, steak burrito were commercial Worthy!!! I called them to specifically thank them for such a wonderful experience! The manager Tara was the most positive uplifting cheerful person that I dealt with so far that day! Great job to the workers at the Taco Bell located at the Front Street location Toledo. Needless to say, I’m very pleased!

So glad the y2k menu came back! But y’all workers have no clue how to make a double decker supreme. I paid more to make it a supreme and you didn’t even make it a supreme. You added red chips to it that don’t belong and no sour cream as I paid extra for it. It’s literally just a taco…. get it together! The young lady at the window was very sweet though.

Ordered bean burritos, they have almost nothing in them. Each burrito less than 1.5 inches in width. Pretty much tortillas with a smear of beans and half a cup of sour cream. Wish this would let me post the pictures on the review.

I usually have no problems with this store until tonight. I came tonight as a customer and I was also doing door dash. When I got to the drive-thru they told me door dash will take 15 to 20 minutes to be completed. I agreed and waited for the orders. I came back around to be told that I would have to wait an additional 20; minutes as per instructions of the manager on duty. Multiple customers came ordered and left within 15 mins of being there. They are refusing to make any delivery orders but will make an order for you if you order something. Delivery drivers are trying to make money for their lives just like those employees of taco bell are getting paid to serve customers.not all Delivery drivers get paid for wait times. I provided a picture as well to show that it wasn’t busy at all. No reason to refuse sales because the delivery apps will have to pay back customers for no food. Imaging that food that I’m picking up is for your children and this restaurant did this. Wouldn’t you be upset that you couldn’t provide the food for your children? How do you know this isn’t the only thing the could afford to get at this time at night of 10:30pm. Let that sink in.

It took two and a half hours for me to get my food when I had it delivered from the front street store. After the first hour I called, asked if perhaps they didn’t receive the order. Was told they ‘ran out of food’ due to how busy it was and they’re making my order now.
So I thank them and hang up, wait another hour and decide to call my doordasher instead. He told me they told him that they think the order was stolen or something, so not only did they blatantly lie to me, I waited two hours before the doordasher (who was great by the way) was even handed the food and when it was delivered every single item in it was wrong as it was missing two items as well as all sauces.
I tried my best to be patient about it but god, two hours? Lies? Wrong order on a $40 order? That’s unacceptable, and when I called to tell them it was wrong, they told me I had to refund through DoorDash even though I ordered from the Taco Bell app lol. It’s just ridiculous. Don’t eat here, the other Taco Bell’s in the area are much more superior.
