Sorry, but this TB sucks. Every item I’ve ever ordered looks terrible and is falling apart the moment the wrapper is opened. Chalupa shells crumble, hard tacos are soggy and/or the shell is fully split, cheesy gordida crunch sticks to the wrapper and has to be torn off, etc. Service is fine, but the food sucks. It’s edible and tastes generally as it should, but an absolute mess. They also routinely forget items.

Shrinkflation is at work here. The “large” drinks and slushees are like small at other fast food restaurants. Also, Taco Bell needs to stop asking customers to donate to their employees’ college fund. I think they need a better business model, or maybe the CEO/owner needs to step up and pay for it for their employees.

Closed 20 minutes early while employees were still inside. Like why not close the drive through or put up a sign? the reasons were “due to staff” but it’s the last 20 min and they have atleast 2 workers in there. i’ve worked at taco bell and u don’t need more then 2 people to run 1 order. if the place is closed then turn off the lights and leave and not rack up easy hours to just be there.

Food was good. Im not a fan of the self ordering computers they put at the counter in what feels like forcing customers to order themselves with no help. I stood at the counter quite along time before a worker reluctantly took my order.

TO MANAGER CASEY @ the waterville location.
Well great food ofcourse love the menu and variety. This night 5-22-25 my wife and I ordered I picked up checked bag got home unloaded the bag and my wife realized her one item she wanted to try out was missing and her taco that was suppose to be Supreme wasn’t. The 5 stars is for the manager CASEY she made it all good and then some for the incomplete order. I see why she’s a manager her hospitality and professionalism and kindness was 6 star! Girl I hope u see this you made my wife and I happy and thank you for your outstanding service in making our cheat day meal perfect ! I respect you and ur professionalism. I pray you have blessed day !

I have had bad orders in the past with this location but never really made a big deal about it cause I know this location is new. I said hell and the drive through people working there didn’t like it so much I guess. They had the mike on and was laughing and talking to someone else not me when I was first gonna start my order. Time was 458 today happy hour ends at 5 when I asked they first said no. So I’ll stay the away from this Taco Bell location.
