I frequent this location multiple times a week. Food is usually made correct. They started this new thing where they don’t give your change back.
Rude service, no napkins, no receipt and no sauce.
Edit: Ordered a new steak burrito. It was cold, this should of told me to not eat it. But how was i supposed to know, maybe it’s served cold. I have never been sicker in all of my life and for this long. It’s day 8 and I’m still recovering from this place and their $3 burrito. I will never return to this establishment or any other Taco Bell. This $3 burrito has cost me $100s in missed work.

This has to be the absolute slowest “fastfood” place in Defiance OH not even joking ♂️ Its every time I come here im stuck waiting a lifetime and thats ridiculous. Idk what’s going on at this taco bell but cmon guys something had to change about the amount of time your customers are waiting in line. PLEASE!

Won’t take your order unless you can pull right up to the speaker. We are in a big ambulance and we can’t pull up to the ordering speaker due to the clearance height. And so we pull up to the window to try and order, but no one comes to take our order. And the door says 7am open. But the door is locked. They NEED TO PUT LOBBY HOURS ON THE DOOR. omOr open the lobby at 7am. Definitely not going to come back. Tried several times to get food.

Just threw food in the bag, loosely wrapped. If you want to eat your tacos out of the bottom of the bag with a fork, this is your spot. Otherwise, check your food before pulling out.

Lettuce was sour, all other ingredients were globed at the tail end of the Soft Taco. I live a couple blocks down the street and used to eat here quite frequently. No more – I am done with this place.
