Restaurant was clean, but totally ignored by the staff. Waiting almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Said kiosk only. Must be the only taco bell that refuses to take a order from the counter. Went to the taco bell on the north end of town, didn’t have any issues. Took my order from the counter. The kiosk is an option and not the rule.

Whether eating or delivering, I love this establishment.
If the bell beacons me when I am out of town, my stomach grabs me by the neck of my t-shirt, slaps me in the face, and says, “Get a hold of yourself man, this is not the time or place to order Taco Bell. You must be patient and wait”.
I then proceed to order and in due time regret not listening to my stomach; which leads to other parts of my body being even more disappointed in me later on.
The food is not my favorite part of this establishment though.
This Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to receive orders from. I always feel welcomed and respected when I find myself inside of the restaurant. Not only that, but a, “Have a good day”, and a smile almost always follows me out the door.
If you have a craving for Taco Bell, I highly recommend fulfilling your craving on West State Street in Fremont, Ohio.
If you are an out-of-towner or just passing through, I highly recommend this Taco Bell; quick and tasty with a friendly staff.

Usually when you ask for extra you can pay to get it but again this place the girl run ong the spot at 8:00 pm on Jan 18 will not give you extra you get it how it’s made is what i was told

The best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Went through a five-car line in no time at all. The ladies were so friendly and everything was piping hot, I had to wait for it to cool down lol. That’s never happened before. Great job guys. Keep it up!

Gave out a DoorDash order to a random person and not my dasher, would not remake it so I called and they cussed me out and turned off their DoorDash for the night! Very disrespectful staff and dissatisfied service. Just go the extra ten minutes to a different Taco Bell, they’re constantly doing things like this

I dont know what to think about any bad reviews here. My family has been coming here at least once a week for over 10 years, and I have never had a bad experience. I can only think of a few times the order was wrong, and we just went in and fixed it,, no problem. And my wife gets some crazy special orders.. hold this extra that, substitute this etc…and the speed of the order is amazing. Most of the time the order is ready as soon as we get to the window. This is by far the fastest service of any fast food joint in my area. And its like that time and time again for us, even with the labor problems of today. Absolutely nothing to complain about here, great job everybody.
