I stopped at this store today for a bean burrito and it was the worst I’ve ever had. I should of took it back but didn’t. The soft burrito was not very soft. They charged me .95 cents for a tiny bit of sour cream. Not only was the burrito terrible, but this black girl named Whitney who was working drive-thru tried to charge me .6 cents more than what I owed. I asked her why she rounded my total up 6 cents and she said because they had no pennies. Huh ?
Because of the penny shortage, they are charging customers more. If you owe me .6 cents in change and you have no pennies then you give the customer a dime. If you owe a customer .1 cent and you do not have pennies then you give them a nichel. That is an employee stealing from a customer. Just think about all the customers that she just automatically rounded up, day after day, penny after penny. So, at the end of her shift, her drawer is over by a few dollars, maybe more and she gets that extra change she stole from customers, that’s just WRONG !!!
Or is Management telling them to do that ?
I go to taco bell a lot and all the other stores round up for the customer, not the store. That is Theft and it will be reported to corporate and BBB.

I usually don’t do these type of reviews because I know how It can affect a business but every single time I come to this location late at night about an hour before they close everything I try to order they say they don’t have it and that they out of it literally every single time I realize coming in late sucks for you guys but this is ridiculous from a business stand point I’m a general manager at a restaurant and I would never allow this also customer service could be better at this location at night day shift is fine but night shift always acts like they have there life but it’s all bottles down to the management with good management this wouldn’t happen

Honestly, the nicest fast food workers on MAIN st. I live near by and it’s my go to for a quick bite and every time never have a bad things to say, especially the night shift.

Went to this Taco Bell today because it was closer to where I was going. I won’t be back, because food prep was lacking and the drive thru employee was anything but friendly. No smile, just handed out the bags and seemed like it hurt her to even do that. Upgrade definitely needs done at this newer location. I will drive across town to another Taco Bell before going here again.

Went here yesterday. No one behind me but they pulled me up with the other cars so corporate thinks their drive through times are actually fast so the managers get their bonus. Then I waited 11 minutes. They forgot the sauce I asked for. When I ate my food it was the smallest portion possible of filling, dry, and cold. Please go anywhere else.

Food is cooked good. $2 beefy melt burritos are so full and it’s not just tortilla. The only issue I’ve had here is terrible front desk service. If we would of waited, we would of been there all day. There was no acknowledgement that we even existed to the staff that worked there. Had to use the kiosk to order food. My food was handed to me without a have a nice day or nothing. So if u do go here, Use the drive thru.

Ordered nachos bell grande easy bean extra meat no tomatoes and it’s like they just seen bell grande and made it normal. Employees really can’t read the screens correctly.

Longest place I’ve ever had to wait for a DoorDash.. absolutely no upbeat attitudes for customer service. The way they communicate with customers is the most degradable experience. The whole staff needs re evaluated :/

Cmon now who wants burnt food? Could have at least scraped it off before serving 20$… for this sadly I had to eat it because who wants to drive another 15 mins back out probably NEVER coming in the drive through again will always be checking my bag before ever leaving this Taco Bell. 0/10 also not to mention cross contamination in my sour cream there was a tomato in it
