Forgot sauces for their dipping taco and didn’t put a crunchwrap supreme in my bag. I came back for the missing items and employee doing the cooking starts complaining real loud saying he put everything in the bag. I wouldn’t be coming back letting my food get cold if I wasn’t missing a whole persons meal. We had a $35 order and I understand you can mess up and forget stuff. Just don’t stay complaining when you mess up!

Went inside to order with my wife, stood at the counter waiting to be served for what felt like too long. The customer leaving infront of us even said “Good luck you have to really get their attention for them to help you. Full staff behind the counter, even an employee who walked out to stock the sauce packets but never once did anyone come up to the register to help us or say a word. Felt like a ghost, ended up leaving for chipotle instead. Will not be returning.

I gave 1 star for the food & drive thru service for rushing us through while we were deciding what to order, mind you there was absolutely no one behind us in the drive thru. One minute tops we were in the drive thru before being told to either order, move up to the window or go inside and order. On top of that our food was old, lettuce was not fresh and the burritos were cold inside. I will definitely avoid this Taco Bell in the future!

No sign saying they was out of ice. $35 worth of food. When I instantly saw they had no ice and worm pop. I asked for a Instant refund and they said sorry can’t do anything about it. Well the food was edible but definitely not at all filling; there was hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce. Drive thru was very fast and efficient. Also, what location doesn’t give you sauce if you ask at the window? Poor management by my guess. If you’re craving Taco Bell, I would suggest finding another location.

Not sure about all the hate this location gets but my food was accurate, fast and delicious. I placed my order via the mobile app and had my food within 3 minutes. I’ve waited so much longer at other taco bell locations. I wish this location was next to my house
