We got a large order through Taco Bell’s App and it seems like the people didn’t even start on the order until I got to the window…. they then proceeded to hand us the wrong drinks (which we generally got the right ones once we told them) and as I get the order and check my order as I get home… they forgot 3 soft taco’s and pretty much just sped to try I guess… never coming back

December 24, 2025 – We called the location around 10 AM to confirm the intended closing time, staff member “Jody” stated they would be closing at 7 PM. We placed an order at 6:00 PM for a $114.50 using the mobile app, the order was confirmed for pickup at 6:30 PM, showing as “Order in progress.” When we arrived, staff had abandoned the location, seemingly in the midst of a drive through order (another customers drive through order was left up on the screen). We attempted to check the front doors, they were locked, the lights in the restaurant were partially shut off, but all of the equipment and machines were left on in a state of mid use (from what we could tell through the windows). The location did not look as though it had been cleaned. Our order had already been processed and the money taken out of our account, with no way to retrieve the cost of the order, no live representative available, and the bank closed, we are now out that money until several days after which we will be disputing the order.

Just finished a long day of work and stopped in to this location for a late night snack. 2:04am and the food was still hot and delicious, even being so close to close. The workers were fast and friendly. I appreciate them and the work they do. Keep it up! And thank you for making my night.

Went here for a Mexican pizza combo. The pizza was horrible. The sprinkle of cheese and sauce were more on the edge than the pizza. The meat was in the middle of the two shells rather than spread out and there were not any beans in the middle or tomato’s on top. Also, they need to clean their fryers because the shells had a horrible taste to them, clearly from being placed in unclean fryers. The hard shell taco supremes were broken. The employee was not rude towards me, but was using the F word repeatedly while talking at work. Once I got home and saw the poorly made food they had given me, I tried calling to see about bringing the food back and getting a replacement order, but they did not answer when I called. Very poor quality food and service. I will NEVER order here again and do not recommend

Very disappointing. I ordered the a deluxe craving box with a watermelon berry freeze.
I get a blue raspberry instead , which i got charged an extra $3.29 for. Cashier never said it was an up charge for it.The food looks nothing like the pic. Everything is so tiny now its not worth the price.
I spent $40 here for the deluxe craving box, soft taco party pack, steak grilled cheese burrito combo, 2 cheesy rool ups, and a southwestern chipotle chicken.
Cashier to busy on her cell phone making us wait to take order. Only 1 car was in front of us. Steak burrito had ONE sliver of steak on it, majority filled with rice. I wont be returning, I’ll go visit the local taco food truck .

Ordered from DoorDash twice the first time they let somebody steal my food. The second time they gave me the completely wrong order. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with the Doritos Locos taco and I received a burrito with potatoes in it which I’m allergic to and I bit into the other burrito Thinking it was my normal thing and I threw up because it had mushy beans in it

Do not eat here! The food was served cold, and the nachos were completely soggy. I called to complain and was told I could either get a refund or have my order remade. When I went back to the restaurant, management refused to honor that and basically told me they weren’t replacing my order, saying, “That’s $30, we’re not giving that back.” That was my hard-earned money wasted. On top of that, the management was unprofessional and extremely rude

I have NEVER been to a resteraunt that refuses service unless you have an app or order online. That is wrong on so many levels and they did that.
