Apparently theres a new manger(cris? I think I heard an employee say his name at some point) and from what I can tell, the place has gone to shit. The old manger Dave, and I think the other one thaxton, were very respectful and even when orders were wrong, they were quick to fix it and aploigized in person. I got my food, and it was incorrect. So I made it my mission to sit in the lobby and watch the kitchen staff, the manger(cris the one I was previously talking about, again I think thats his name) did nothing but burst in multiple times, scream random directions at employees that were working, seeming to misdirect them, contrubtiong to slow service and messed up orders. The employees seemed extremely irritated, and I overheard them when he was out of reach, saying he doesn’t know what hes doing, and is messing them up. He seemed to care more about speed then service, and even when an employee spoke up, he brushed them off and preceded to talk about “times and being faster” except that my order WAS wrong and it took forever!!!! DO NOT COME HERE, not only does it seem to be a revolving door, the employees are clearly undervalued and overworked. I miss the old bosses, this place use to be so good, now? I wouldn’t step foot in while that disrepctful man works there. He ahows up out of uniform, and messes everything up. That unprofessional attitude makes it clear, he doesn’t take his job, or food service serously.

Avoid this location if you’re in a hurry. I placed an online order and arrived at 8:20 PM, only to sit in a deadlocked drive-thru for 20 minutes. When I went inside, the lobby was packed and the staff were literally yelling at each other across the room instead of helping customers. They didn’t even start making my “pre-ordered” food until I finally flagged someone down at 9:00 PM. I didn’t leave until 9:15 PM. Total chaos and zero professionalism. Save your time and go elsewhere!

You order from a kiosk inside. Navigating that is a treat…NOT! Then you wait and watch someone making $14.00 per hour filling up the sauce packets one by one. Then after 10 minutes you walk up and she says “Did you order something?” Get your order home and it’s wrong. Looked at the receipt and I ordered it right but not what I got. Check your order before you leave and receipt.

You don’t put anything on your tacos. Got two soft tacos had a little meat and tons of lettuce. A 5 layer burrito with meat beans and cheese.. won’t be back.

STAY AWAY! If I could give negative 10, I would! The last 3 times I’ve been here, it was absolutely horrible! The employees are extremely rude and dismissive! I typically only get one maybe 2 items at the most and it’s either wrong, cold or disgusting!

Didn’t get what we ordered tried calling to correct the issue can’t get an answer they only take one car at a time in the drivethur they are rude we go there three-four times a week and spend 47$ or more each time this is the worst location hands down very unhappy they put rice in my food that I didn’t ask for it was just all wrong I got charged for food I didn’t get not cool

I had went through the drive thru and used tap to pay my phone died as soon as I tried to pay I had went inside to let them know my phone kept dying that I would pay for it just needed a few minutes for my phone to turn on.. was told it was okay not to worry about it and it was on them! Needless to say the customer service and hospitality I received from the staff was outstanding & absolutely made my day. Keep it up!
