I go out of my way to avoid this location. Missing items, two of the items I did receive were made incorrectly. I attached a photo of the caliente chicken taco we ordered. No, we did not remove any of the chicken, cheese, etc. For a taco that’s over $3 I’d expect more. The day crew isn’t as bad, but definitely do not go here at night.

When we got our food, half the order was missing. Staff told us they were outra nacho cheese, out of cinnamon twists. Why this information was provided when we ordered is a mystery. I was there with my 3 sisters and some guy kept harassing us for money. The staff did NOTHING. Corporate needs to get this store in order

Yesterday I came in to eat lunch with my grandson, I ordered a total of 4 soft tacos. I received a burrito and a nacho fry. After I sent the order back I then received the correct one, which had barely any toppings. I asked the worker for a manager and the worker “Misty” claimed to be the manager and wouldn’t offer to remake the food again. Horrible service from the whole crew and Misty especially.

Ordered online. Store employee was rude, location won’t start food until you show up in person even for ordering online and paying ahead? What a terrible business model. After saying it would be 30 minutes, they stopped making the order because I wasn’t physically in the store. They said they couldn’t make food if I wasn’t there even though I already paid. Awesome customer service! I get that it’s fast food but some fast food places have low standards and bad customer service. This is a very good Taco Bell location. My order is never wrong at this location and the tables are usually clean when I come in. One of my favorite Taco Bell locations to go to when I’m in the mood for tacos
