Taste good and fresh. I have actually ate at this location at least 7 times before leaving a review. Friendly and also fresh and looks like it should. I drive out my way because the taste and service. Looks like menu items. I live 25 minutes away by other taco bells. Taste nothing like this one. Keep up the great work team

This place is absolutely terrible about getting online and in person orders correct. When I called them to get a refund on the item, the Assistant Manager absolutely refused to give a refund for the missing item and was extremely rude. This has happened 2 of the past 3 times, we have picked up an online order at this location. They wanted us to drive back over there (25 minute round trip) for the missing item. My advise is to avoid this location at all times. We will never go back there again!!! Their customer service would rated a ZERO if that was an option!!!

New staff are friendly and accommodating. Food was prepared better than most other locations. Prices are oddly lower than some other Taco Bells that I have visited. The only flaw that I experienced was that they forgot to include the taco sauce…but who doesn’t already have extra packets in there fridge at home

Well if you can spare to go so place else. DO IT. 15 min to get food for dine in.. An to top is off the dinning room was absolutely aweful. Moldy water on soda counter, sticky tables, trash all over the floor, the girls where more intersted in lastnights happenings. The manager was walking around with a clip board doing nothing. Then when I asked about our food she was like “yea we are about to start it”. How why, there are little to no one here. I see why business here is slow. Skyline has more cars in lot an drive thru then here an I see why…

But…If your store is going to be a KIOSK only or KIOSK first store…the rest of your store needs to be on point…
Drink bar is disgusting, needs wiped down. trash on floor, food on outside and top of trash can.
Bathrooms don’t have seat covers, poo on the inside edges of the seat, toilet paper just resting on the metal bar…
6 employees visible and working…
2 door dashers waiting for order.
2 customers waiting before us.
no one in the drive through…
If the kiosk is supposed to make this more efficient, then keep your store on point…

I just wanted to say an extra THANK YOU to reico and her staff on the night of September 15th at the east broad location at eastpointe!!
I had the best experience there even though it was only at the drive thru! My food was made perfectly even though I had no special requests. The man at the window was a little quiet but I prefer that rather than someone rude! He had a warming smile. I enjoyed eating my food and not having to be upset that something was either cold, hard or not made right. I had a terrible experience(s) at the location on hamilton and I will never go back there. But this location and this manager restored my faith in taco bell and I’m sooo very glad that not every manager treats their customers like crap! She was very sweet on the phone when I talked with her and my experience overall was a true success. Thank you so much reico and staff!!

People just stand around playing not making orders there was nobody there but us an we waited 10 minutes before somebody did something an there’s dried up nasty old food laying around everywhere in the cooking area they are not sanitary at all people getting there shirts an hodies in the food it was gross watching them make my food I threw it away I’m good
