I mean how hard is it to fill an order correctly? Receipt shows 5 items should be in the bag, but there was only 4. Then top it off the bean burrito (not that I expect gourmet food from TB) was as tough and chewy as half dried concrete. The beans were so dried out they crumbled when I bit into it. Since when does refried beans leave crumbs like overdone toast? Never ordering here again.

It took 3 different people to take my 3 item order, the manager of the store was the one whom made my food directly. I get a taco that doesn’t even have half of the bottom of the shell. The burrito was rolled just enough that the contents spewed out the bottom. I wouldn’t go back to that same location if it was free. Been eating TB for 49 years, and the lack of integrity and quality of the food is atrocious. I know it’s TB but even still, it should be as advertised. SMH. The only reason they get 2 stars on atmosphere, is because they were playing blues music. That’s it.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I ordered the chicken chalupa combo (or whatever it’s called) with a Baja blast. I didn’t get a Baja blast because they were out, but what I did get was two large sodas with no extra cost. The best part is that I didn’t even have to ask for it, they just did it.

TERRIBLE terrible terrible experience! Stopped by this location Saturday night only to get home 20 minutes away to discover there was NO chicken on my chicken tacos or chicken quesadilla. Called and they hung up on me when I asked for a manager. I had to drive back to get a refund which is 20 minutes away and they still have not refunded my money. The manager on duty Stella if that was her real name thought that me being upset was funny. Yeah I peeped the little chuckles. Telling me how she’s ready to go home as if I cared As a Manager it was very unprofessional. She said that the machine was acting up. I have a photo of the refund receipt and will return to get a cash refund. Y’all already played with my food y’all will not play with my money!

Employees complaining to each other about how big our order was and staying they didn’t want to do it, all within ear shot. The woman at the front was incredibly rude, she acted like she just didn’t want to be there. Teenage kids walk in with outside food from chipotle to sit and eat asking people to buy them tacos all the while they have food. It’s crazy. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome there. I won’t be coming back to this location again

The service was ok, a lot of goofing around but doesn’t bother me. What really bothered me was the food! I got nacho Doritos taco, 3 of them, there was barely any meat! The only light I asked was the lettuce which does effect the amount of beef! All 3 of them was like that so I went up there told a lady what happened, she got the guy who made it and all he said was “thats what you get for not a lot of lettuce” even the lady said “bro that’s just petty make 3 new ones” and he tried fighting her about it! This is a full grown adult, not a college student like everyone else was, he looked to be in his 40s, complaing about doing his job correctly. Never recommend coming back
