Terrible experience. Went in and was told it was closed and only drive-thru is open. Went to the drive through and specifically told them to replace beef with chicken due to dietary restrictions. The order ticket even has it written on it “No seasoned beef, add chicken”. Cameback home to eat my food, and I notice the taco still has beef instead of chicken. Very bad experience, would not recommend. The workers don’t seem to care about anything.

mediocre atmosphere. good service. got the sauce wrong in my quesadilla so it went from appetizing to inedible bc they went from creamy jalapeno sauce that is the norm to chipotle. the chipotle they used was an ingredient i can’t eat. the majority of my order was inedible and im very sad about it

just went there and went through the drive thru. ordered some items and the first two things were two potato grillers, and they were missing. we went into the lobby to tell them they mistakenly forgot those two burritos, and as soon as we walked in they said the lobby’s closed which is fine. after that they were yelling at us when we told them they forgot two of our items and said they weren’t remaking them. mind you they 3 am and it is 12:35 am. two of the crew members were beyond RUDE and were like well if they want they’re food then we’re making making their order last. literally don’t go here unless you want youre food wrong, to be verbally accosted, and have the WORST customer service in you’re life. shout out to the guy with the snake bites, he was the only person in there that was even willing to talk to us rather than yell. the manager literally just stood there while his employees screamed at the customers while his employees just screamed at us.

The last time I went here I got stuck in the drive through when all of the employees left the building (except for one honest soul who stayed and tried to complete orders on his own) for 20 minutes to go on a joy ride. I’m not kidding.
Once you’re in the drive through you can’t leave without driving up into a curb, and I guess they knew that.

Clearly understaffed but also rude and unhelpful. Unfortunate. Waited for an hour and was told my only option was getting a refund while I watched them service an entire drive thru line. Lock your doors if the inside isn’t open. You can’t take orders and not fill them. That’s silly. You’re incompetent when it comes to business. This location has gone downhill.

This place was horrible. Went to eat in and had to order off some keyboard thing. We waited for at least 15 minutes while we watched cars go through the drive thru way quicker. People were standing up front, they were all annoyed. I give it a two because the food was ok. The bathrooms are locked for no reason probably so they don’t have to clean them. The floor in the dining area was slippery. A lot of the sodas were either empty or full of foam. Never again.

The most Taco Bell I have been to. Good taste, low price, available WiFi, and friendly servers. But their dining room becomes worse, not as clean as before. The self service station is removed.

okay so I’m unfortunately really disappointed. the first two times I ordered from this place, it was great. everything went smoothly, the workers were kind, etc. recently, i cannot say i am very pleased with the service. yesterday, i went to pick up my order and the doors were locked when they were supposed to be open. when i called the number for this taco bell, somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung up while im saying “hello?” like twice. i had to go to the drive thru window to get my food because there was no other way to get in. today, when i ordered taco bell, everything seemed fine until i was eating my burrito and bit into something that ended up being a plastic wrap IN MY FOOD. i almost swallowed it. i really wanna give this establishment another chance but im very very disappointed with this. the only reason im not giving a 1 star is because the first two other times this establishment was awesome.

Employees were very mean and inconsiderate for no reason. Ive never had such a disappointing experience in Taco Bell. If I were corporate Taco Bell, I’d get a complete new team there. It’s unreal how difficult they made it to get a few tacos.

I ordered food online for me and 3 of my co workers, I go to pick it up and they didnt have the cheesy fiesta potatoes, so she worker tried substituting for hash browns, well I get back to my job and my own order is missing. I only had a nacho bellgrande meal, so I go back up there to get my food and the guy making the food came up to the window and pretty much called me a liar. Saying he made the food himself and he knew for a fact he put the nachos in the bag since it was the only one he made and I tried explaining like I literally have no reason to lie about it. I drove all the way back to Taco Bell while I was supposed to be working just to get my food.
