Driving through town we stopped in and placed our take out order at the kiosk. 1 cantina chick crisp taco. Nicely placed on top of our bag. Went directly to the car and opened it to eat while we drove and found it completely smashed, and with cheese only on one side. Having gotten it before, we know the shell used was not the correct shell. It tasted horrible and we ended up just throwing it out.
1 beef supreme burrito. Very very little contents inside of an old tortilla. Most of it was just eating a plain very dry crumbling tortilla. And 1 taco supreme, where they put additional sour cream on the OUTSIDE of the taco! We thought they forgot the sour cream and squirted it on the outside, but there was sour cream inside the taco as well. No way this wasn’t purposeful!

Taco Bell, what is this? Extremely burnt quesadilla and couldn’t even cut it right. I’d feel better if it weren’t even cut at all judging whoever cut this. Smells terrible from how burnt it is and there is no chicken in here at all. How could you serve this knowing you messed up this bad it’s shameful. I work in fast food and this is unacceptable. I payed for a burnt tortilla. Not to mention this was the Cantina one? The more expensive option!!

Multiple times getting out of work during hours of operation they are either closed or out of meat (the literal back bone of a taco). Awful management. This location would do better if it was still an empty patch of concrete for truckers to park.

Jess and the rest of her stadlff has done amazing to turn this property around. I don’t eat fast food often but when I do this is one of the locations I go to. The service is always friendly, I’ve not had an order wrong yet, portion sizes are average size to large and they make special accommodations for my allergies.

I visited this location on 10/02/25. The drive thru at McDonald’s was busy, so I went to taco bell. I went through the door and “Crickets” not a sound, no one was there, I thought the place might be closed. I placed an order on the kiosk and finally someone showed up. They said they had my order but my credit card was declined and I would have to pay in cash. I paid in cash and later checked my credit card balance and found the charge for the kiosk order. I called the site and talked to an employee who said she would have someone in authority contact me and make things right. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. My number was blocked! If you want to be gas lit and ripped off go to this taco bell location. You know who I am. You have the opportunity to make things right. Contact me and make the correction and I will change my review to five stars for HONESTY.

Not good at all. I visited this restaurant 1/15/26 it was so cold inside we couldn’t even stay to eat. The entire place smelled burnt. And the service tucked. The crunchy tacos tasted like cardboard. $35 wasted. I will never go back.

Anytime I put an order at any other location, I ask them to mark the different burrito, and they almost never do. I went through this location tonight with a mobile order, and they not only had my order ready, but it was already marked before, I even had to ask.

If you’re looking for the world’s slowest Taco Bell, congratulations—you’ve found it. It took over 15 minutes just to get cups for our drinks. By the time they arrived, we were practically considering calling a search party for water. Hungry? Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to starve while waiting for your food to crawl its way out of the kitchen. Honestly, if this is the “fast food” experience they’re aiming for, this new Taco Bell might not even last long enough for us to get our next order.
