Ordered a 12 pk tacos at the drive thru – asked them to ensure there was cheese on the tacos, as they tend to minimize this item. Was told there would be an extra charge for the extra cheese — said okay even though I didn’t request “extra” cheese. See attached pictures — literally the skimpiest portioning possible. Also, note the $3.30 charge for all the extra cheese.

Staff waited until after order was placed once we got to the window to tell us there was no fried items available and we had to change over half the order. Pop was completely flat and best part was the Doritos locos taco..

food was good until we opened the fiesta potato’s and my boyfriend almost ate a roach/cigar bud or whatever it is but it smells gross and burnt. we don’t have these lying around for them to get into our food after leaving the restaurant. we don’t smoke. i called and they told me it wasn’t possible and i told them refund wasn’t necessary even tho they offered. wont personally go here again but they were nice to us when we were in the drive thru at least.

Sketchy. Have a low bar for T Bell expectations, travel often, not usual the best locations. Stopped on a Sunday, around 1:30. Shady customer arguing w/ 2 girls at counter, both are yelling profanities so loud thought they were joking, they were not. Guy leaves, T Bell workers still cursing & laughing, bumpin hard core rap in the back, singing along. Leaving, more workers pull in, take 1st 2 spots in lot, don’t park in back. Didn’t think this side of town was that bad, everyone here is shady! Food was slapped together, no thank you, asked for water twice. Stay away

Do you like not getting half your order? How about fighting with the person at the counter to just get the cup you paid for? What about never getting hot sauces, something Taco Bell usually gives in abundance? Those are both my experiences with this Taco Bell. Avoid this place like the plague, Drive the extra 5-10min to the next Taco bell over.. It’ll be worth it to avoid the hassle of this place. Get your stuff together over there, this place is abysmal.

Y’all need to give Tyler a raise he was beyond phenomenal when he was taking our order he went above and beyond, he deserves the highest pay at his position and promoted, he is on top of his work and definitely the hardest working one in there at this time we went through the drive though on Sunday at 9:30 pm.

Got there around 11pm, had to wait a while to make my order, then got to the window to pick up the order. They gave my friend her watermelon freeze with a regular straw she had to ask for the green one that usually comes with. They got three of the items we ordered wrong, and we had to wait while they fixed the items for us, then the manager came to the window and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he asked everything alright, closed the window then because i sat there for a minute to check the order opened the window and looked at me with an annoyed look. Like he was telling me to leave now. And this is how sloppy they made our food. Way too much chipotle sauce on the tostada and a big single clump of beans. Then the nachos had one big clump of dried old beans instead of spread out sauce and beans and cheese.

Ordered a chicken power bowl and beefy melt burrito. When I got the order the chicken was tough and like 3 pieces. I have never gotten a bowl as nasty as this one was. Definitely recommend checking food before you leave. Would not recommend the drive thru person also had his back turned towards me as I couldn’t see anything they were doing.

I ordered two beef burritos and I was given 1 soft shell taco. I was on my way to work, so I couldn’t go back to get what I paid for. When I tried to call in to explain what happened and to please try to be more careful so no one else got the wrong order, I barely got “I was just in the drive-thru” our of my mouth before they hung up on me. I tried to call them back, but they sent me to voicemail.

We went through the drive thru @1:00am on 2-19-23. The man who was working the headset & window GIVE HIM A RAISE. He showed great customer service and got our entire order correct. Food was hot, although it was rushly made BUT the line was wrapped around the building and was the only fast food open in town.
