I had multiple issues with my vegetarian Mexican pizza and called to let them know about it. Kamaya offered to replace my order on my next visit. I went about a week later and had a very helpful drive-thru associate who took care of our whole order and everything tasted great! Thank you for correcting the issue!

I don’t know what it is about this Taco Bell location but kudos to whoever is in charge because the staff working the drive thru here are ALWAYS the happiest, most pleasant and kind workers!
Today, my son accidentally ordered the wrong menu #, then we realized the meal he did receive was missing an item, and when we went through the drive thru to get it, the woman gave him the bonus of the item he thought he ordered originally. Completely unnecessary, as it was his mistake, but such a day maker. Thank you!

Ordered a 12 pk tacos at the drive thru – asked them to ensure there was cheese on the tacos, as they tend to minimize this item. Was told there would be an extra charge for the extra cheese — said okay even though I didn’t request “extra” cheese. See attached pictures — literally the skimpiest portioning possible. Also, note the $3.30 charge for all the extra cheese.
Contacted Taco Bell offices on 5/12, 5/31, 6/16, and 6/23. Each time the service rep stated that they would expedite having somebody contact me ———— it’s been over 30 days with no follow up.

Would have been nice to inform a paying customer that you’re out of black beans. Ordered a chicken cantina bowl and they put about 5 black beans in the bowl and charged me full price. No utensils, I guess I’m supposed to use my fingers. I will never patronize this restaurant again. Thanks Justin

Every now and then this location has made some mistakes, served some hard/burnt potatoes, forgot something, etc. (mistakes happen, we’re all human)
However, we’ve come to realize, you HAVE to go when the manager Justin is working (typically evenings/nights that we’ve seen), he runs a tight ship, your order will ALWAYS be made fresh, it will be made right, your bag will have utensils, sauces, and napkins without having to double check, and he’s always quick and polite. THIS dude should be a regional or trainer on how things should be handled regularly.
Thanks Justin, you provide such great quality and service that we don’t even look in the bag to ensure our order is correct when you’re working. You rock.

I normally am very pleased with this taco bell. HOWEVER… Tonight ( 5-8-23 ) was the worst food we have ever had. I could not even finish my meal after finding fuzz on the end of one of the nacho fries and PULLING A HAIR OUT OF MY MOUTH when taking a bite of my soft taco supreme!!! NOT acceptable!!! THAT was the kicker, which turned my stomach! Part of our order was wrong and the food was put together very sloppily as well. I spent $35 and didn’t even come close to finishing my meal. I saw one young man through the drive-up window while waiting for my order. He had messy shoulder length brown hair ( hmmmm… See picture ) that was hanging loose. Not tied back, no hair net. At least he was wearing food prep gloves. But who knows what all he touched, or scratched, with those gloves on. So many young people just don’t care about work ethics. Its just a pay check to them. This was a disgusting experience! We love Taco Bell but don’t know when we will be going back to this one. On a better note… The young man working the drive-thru window was very polite and had a smile on his face!

The Mexican pizza had a funny taste, the cantina burrito was sparse pretty empty, my fresco tacos barely had any pico de gallo on them and taco shells were broken on most of the hard tacos

Mobile order was butchered. Wrong size drinks, missing items, no silverware, no straws. They said it was the first day of the drive thru worker, but that doesn’t explain the poor quality of the food we actually got. Disappointed at the least. Good mountain dew

Edit: this is the taco we received after having to go back because our online order was completely wrong. It was filled with lettuce and just that little amount of beef. I understand that fast food is hard work, I used to work in it. But you still have to do what is required of your job. We were still given wrong items after having it remade. For the price we paid, it is not worth it for what you are given.
Depends on when you go. Sometimes it’s great, other times they barely add any meat to the tacos or burritos. I don’t like cheese on my tacos so I order without but half the time it is still piled on there. Plus got the double beef burrito the other day and it almost had no beef or other toppings in it.
