Don’t get me wrong. I love this place and I love one of the workers that works night shift there. But when she’s not there, I try to avoid the place as much as possible. I do mobile orders if I’m ordering for multiple people, but I normally just go through and order through drive thru If it’s just me. Last couple times I’ve gone there. There’s this light skin girl with frizzy hair. I don’t know what her issue is. I don’t know if she just doesn’t wanna work there but every time I go through there and she’s there it’s always an attitude it’s never “hi how are you?” It’s always smacking up their lips and eye rolls. Remind you, I don’t know This girl personally! When I pulled up tonight and told her that I had a mobile order And gave her my name she sighs And goes pull around. With an attitude! When my other girl is there that I love to death and she’s super sweet. My order is never messed up but when this girl’s there my order is messed up. She just basically puts the food out the window and can’t even give me a second to grab it. She’s like demanding me to grab it and shaking the bag. Guarantee I’m calling the manager in the morning because if she wants to act like a brat and not wanna do her job and be disrespectful to people Then she don’t need to be there! I work at a fast food place. I know that I can be irritating with customers, but if they’re showing you respect and being nice, then you need to show them. respect and be nice as well.

All right y’all you guys gotta do better. We can put toddlers in that line up and they would do a better job. I ordered some rice tonight and I thought I’d get a bowl of rice instead I got the nacho cheese side of rice… I definitely not an order of rice order the Alpo looking Pinto and cheese. They’re dried out and hard. Got a Dorito logo taco it’s stale – And like where’s the rest of the ingredients pay $22 for my order ordered my kids some stuff but I’m hoping their crap doesn’t look like this bad..
But the best part is I got a soft taco right it was $3.70. Then you added check into it made it $4.50 and literally it looks disgusting. I could go to chipotle and get one taco for the same price and it will look amazing And taste amazing
And when I was ordering, the lady couldn’t stop coughing and puff, and I was about to call her the magic dragon..

They don’t take your order. You have to enter it yourself. When I finished, I hit the “pay with cash” button and waited a few minutes. When nobody came to get my cash, I figured they’d take my money when the food came out. Nope. My family and I waited some more, sat at a table, wondering why it was taking so long. Someone finally came out and asked if we were waiting for our food. Then she explained they don’t make the food until it’s paid for. Remember how I had waited to pay and nobody came out? So finally I paid for the food and waited some more. When the food came out, nothing was labeled so we had to unwrap everything to sort through it and figure out who got what. And back when we decided to sit down early on, the table and floor around it was a mess. I had to wipe the table down. Food was ok.

I went in about 11:48Pm to pick up a uber eats order , i get to the speaker i tell the lady light skin with curly hair im there to pick up a order for a lady name “ Karla with a K” she proceeds to say. Karla with a H ?” so i got confused and she said for uber eats i said yes she said pull around , she didn’t even have the decency to turn off the microphone before she said she clearly needs glasses “ i got to the window and asked her who needed glasses and she proceeds to say “ you do obviously “ really nasty , she lacked so much professionalism im disgusted especially because she was to whatever to comprehend what i said in the first place she needs to be fired or trained better

I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell many of times and each time they get my order wrong and send me barely even half of my order. Very frustrating and makes me never want to order from here again. I definitely won’t keep ordering from here considering the pattern.

I ordered delivery through the app. When I got my order it was missing an apple empanada & had 3 items made incorrectly. So I had to go to the restaurant to get my order fixed after paying for delivery. I complained on the app but they’ve ignored my bad experience with no response from them. If going to this Taco Bell be sure to double check your order before leaving & don’t order delivery from here!!

25 minute wait in the dining room which was disgusting.. Please see pictures of unclean documentary.Because employees were too busy playing with their iphones.Showing each other videos on their phones laughing and joking while customers waiting. Guy who seemed to be in charge with Shaggy.Black hair had his pants hanging so far off his behind that I could see his butt in full force. Absolutely.Completely rude staff, everybody in here should be fired immediately.Will call general manager tomorrow.

I just was at this location and ordered 5 of the nacho fries deluxe boxes. They were supposed to include a chicken chalupa Supreme with each box. They substituted all the chalupas with crunchy tacos! And substituted all the nacho fires with chips! I spent $48! 10 items got substituted! That’s crazy! I didn’t get my money’s worth! I tried to call and talk to them. Someone picked up the phone then the line went dead. I tried calling again no one picks up!
