We had to wait a few minutes to order at the drive-thru, but once we did, the service was quick and the people were very nice. They have some great new items on the menu like the chicken bacon ranch. It is a solid spot for a quick bite in Circleville!

Once or twice a week, I order the $5 box with no beans. They’ve never messed up my order, but they are ALWAYS out of something. This time they were out of lettuce, chicken, and baja blast… last time they were out of all soda and beef. The drive-through wait after midnight is typically 10 to 15 minutes. Service is average, it seems they are constantly understaffed, but they’re pleasant to make up for that.

The food is not made well. I have come back a few times hoping it would get better but it has only gotten worse. The food takes forever to get and the service is not good, I felt ignored being inside and sat for over 30 minutes in line waiting for food in the drive through.

I’ve stopped here several times while in the area and that’s my fault for giving them more than one try. Consistently poor service with terrible wait times. Not expecting much because let’s be real it’s TB but wow. Last 2 trips my order has been wrong, cold, and sloppy. Been to many Bells over the year and had varying degrees of success. I’ve officially made my last stop at this location best of luck to any brave soul willing to roll the dice at this branch.

Poooooor customer service. Love it when they claim they talked to their manager to get help and I watched them talk to absolutely no one. Horrible customer service and if there was a trophy designed for worst customer service, this place would earn it. Lack of care about the customers and choosing a customer service job is crazy….

Worst Taco Bell. This has been on going. Every time I go. Today I ordered a cheese quesadilla with jalapeño and rice, 2 spicy potato soft tacos, a bean burrito, and guacamole.
I had a teenage kid go in with my gift card which had $7 on it and $10 cash to cover the rest. They told him that they “can’t use the card first” and instead used all of the cash and left me with $5 on the gift card.
Then it took 30 minutes waiting for it.
I got it and there was no bean burrito. The two tacos were not fully wrapped and dumped out all over the bag, the quesadilla had no rice or jalapeño & barely even any cheese.
Wanted to go back and complain and get my money back. Not trying to spend another 30+ minutes waiting on that.
They need to just close this Taco Bell down.

Food is excellent, employees are excellent.
However, management needs to hire more employees, badly. employees are clearly being overworked and can’t properly handle the traffic this place gets at times, leading to significant wait times. Location is also often out of certain things, and it is impossible to exit the drivethru once you’re already in it, without following the flow… These things are how you lose customers.

One of the worst. In the middle of a road trip, we stopped by in store to order food. The supposedly warm burritos had frozen cheese in it. Stale and cold food. The beans had a weird smell. Not sure if anyone else ha seen this but I found the employees packing drive thru food with bare hands. Won’t be surprised if people fall sick after eating the food. The kids could not eat the burrito, we ended up having to throw away the food and go elsewhere for lunch! Very appalling quality and customer service! Definitely won’t be recommending this location for food!

This is the absolute worst run Taco Bell I have ever been to in any state. I hate that it is my local Taco Bell. If I go inside, they’ll tell me, the lobby is closed and it’s drive-through only. If I go through the drive-through multiple times, the drive-through is closed and it’s lobby only. The management of this location is absolutely subpar, and I truly wish they would just clean house and hire anew. The food is hit or miss sometimes could be OK sometimes it’s just lacking typical most Fast food restaurants. The employees themselves lack any desire to meet a recognizable standard for customer service
