Drive thru is extremely slow, employees don’t care and don’t know their products, always out of items such as beverages, product was cold and our Mexican pizza was smashed to the lid from the rest of our order being put on top of it. Do yourself a favor and don’t stop at this location. We will not be back. I would give zero stars on my review but the site won’t let you post if you don’t give any stars.

I absolutely will NOT be coming back. I placed a mobile order and didn’t even start making my order until I got to the window. I ordered a supreme luxe box and didn’t even get the chips, let alone got the guac which we paid extra for, barely enough for one chip (pictured). In addition I ordered 3 soft taco supremes, neither of them were made as supremes. Also forgot another burrito. I’ve had problems with missing items and wrong orders every time I have come here, absolutely the worst fast food I’ve ever been to and will never go back, not worth the time or money.

They gave me like 20+ Diablo sauce packets. Hell yea dude. Fast and great service, my cashier was so kind, the drinks weren’t watered down like the other taco bell locations I’ve been to. They were accepting of my order substitutes (Like a soft taco insted of a hard, no tomatoes, extra lettuce, sour cream on side, etc) food came out almost 5 minutes after i ordered. Amazinf establishment. Wil be coming here monthly.

It is rare that I ever leave a review somewhere but this Taco Bell is the reason I normally drive to circleville to get my tacos. I ordered extra sour cream and I never get it. My tacos were upside down in the bag so all of the toppings were falling off. Luckily I caught it before I took them all out so I could at least salvage a couple. They just need to do better all around. If I’m paying for something extra I expect to get that extra not the same amount it comes with. And it’s common sense to not place tacos upside down in a bag so all the toppings fall off. These are just a few complaints.

This South Bloomfield location was the worst experience EVER!! We placed an online order, didn’t leave to go get it until 10min after ordering, we live 8min away. Get there, food not ready so we were told to sit and wait in a parking spot and someone would come out with order. Waited 20min before my husband went into the building to find our order sitting on the shelf. They said, “oh I forgot to bring it out”. Then tried to give him drinks that they already gave in drive thru. Get home and there is absolutely no sauce even though 10 were ordered. Our daughter placed an online order right before ours and everything she ordered no tomatoes on came with tomatoes. The one guy my husband encountered when going in looked as though he was high as a kite. I never leave reviews but this was by far the worst experience we have ever encountered. Do better in choosing who represents you taco bell!!!

This is the consistently worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Been here lots of times and every single time the food takes 20+ minutes to be made. My record is 55 minutes. About 70% of the time my order is missing multiple items. Taco Bell has stopped refunding me for missing items due to me making too many reports. It seems like they are always understaffed and always playing catch up. It is literally faster to go to a Taco Bell in circleville or grove city than it is to wait for this one.

Went this evening through the drive thru. After my husband ordered, the worker told our price of the order and to pull around. The window was open and my husband asked if she could repeat the order to make sure it was correct. The worker started to talk as she was taking another cars order and slammed the window shut. She opened the window and slammed it a few times. The order was shoved to my husband thru the window and the bag was torn almost dropping it. My husband asked for sauces. She shoved a handful into his hand dripping a few. He says thank you, her reply was YEP!

If it was possible to give this location zero stars then I would. Placed mobile order on Christmas Eve but the order could not be filled because they didn’t make enough food to serve until 6pm. Tried again two days later(today) had to wait for over 30 minutes according to the staff because they had new people so they were slow. This location shouldn’t be open if they can’t serve in a timely manager. I Could have went 10 minutes out of my way to another location and still made it home before my local Taco Bell had my order ready. Just drive past this location and get your Taco Bell from the next town over.

Sat at the speaker for 7 minutes to place order because as she told me, they only have 2 people working. Then took 14 minutes to get to window and get my food. 1 car in front of me that’s it’s. Meanwhile the line behind me has about 8 cars in it and no one is being helped. It’s a Wednesday at lunch time. Most people have a 30 minute lunch break. Not at all the employees fault that’s bad management. But on a positive note the lady that helped me was super friendly.

When I heard that there was a Taco Bell coming to South Bloomfield I was happy but it didn’t take long for me to realize how bad this location is. Literally every experience here has been awful. Cold food, burritos barely wrapped and people who act like they don’t want to be there. Tonight I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up only to see that had a sign taped on the drive thru mic that said “manager quit had to close so sorry”. I hope I get my money back. It’s just so bad there. I’d rather drive to Circleville to get Taco Bell than stop at this one.
