I don’t know how this Taco Bell does it, but I don’t care if I order on the mobile app or go through the drive-through they will screw up some part of my order. And you would think that I would have learned the lesson by now to check my order before I leave that drive-through, but I do not. So that’s my fault but for anybody Going to this Urbana Taco Bell you better check your order because I guarantee you they will screw it up. Tonight I went and I ordered one beef crunchy taco add pico add onions on the mobile app. I drove 10 minutes home only to find my crunchy taco with only meat and pico no lettuce no cheese. How do you screw that up? And you can’t say anything because they are usually rude so I hope that they can get some better management to turn this place around.

Awful place. Rude and incompetent staff. The woman who seemed most in charge seemed to be completely put off by the fact that people were coming there to buy food.

Tonight we had no wait in line and the food came up quick and was hot and fresh.
However, the staff are not friendly one specific employee (Ashley F) was on the receipt (a male with blonde longer hair maybe a messy man bun) should really consider a new place of employment. Not the first time we have encountered him. RBF to say the least! No thank you or have a great night. Way to make your customers feel like an inconvenience.

Ordered a spicy potato soft taco, no lettuce no chipotle sauce add sour cream.
They gave me a normal spicy potato soft taco, without my requests.
I drive all the way back to Taco Bell because the taco was for my girlfriend and I can’t have a hungry girlfriend, anyways they remake the taco and give it to me. This time they forgot the sour cream… how. So I give them the taco back and they finally make it correctly.
After I get home for the second time I realized they didn’t grill my burrito (I asked for it grilled).
All in all do your job right, the screen tells you exactly what I want, it’s not hard ♂️

if i could give negative stars for my visit today i would. I ordered tacos and chalupas with only meat, cheese and sour cream. All of them came with lettuce and tomatoes on them. I also didnt receive my cheesy roll up. It’s a simple mistake I worked fast food I get it. I go inside to explain the error and the gentlemen who helped me was polite -and apologetic, while Heather who was working the line was visibly annoyed when he asked the order to be remade. She took my order through the drive through. She did not remake my food, another worker who came from the bathroom came on the line about 25 minutes after and remade it after making all of the online and drive thru orders while Heather went off the line. It was only a chalupa, 2 tacos and a cheesy roll up. Once I got the cheesy roll up, the cheese isnt even melted. It was incredibly rude and childish. 10/10 wouldn’t expect any kind of customer service from Heather. Just sad, overall a 35 minute deal for some tacos.

The service suck they got my order wrong and I asked for what is missing they try say they didn’t miss anything I showed the receipt and pulled all the food out and prove the wrong. While I was inside prove them wrong and there was 2 more people came in from the drive thru. They are really messing up today on orders
