I am a HUGE Taco Bell lover. Love Taco Bell but I am VERY dissatisfied with how this location has been lately. I swear, I only want to order when the manager Jesse is in because at least then I know my order is being done properly. Tonight, my dad and I decided to get dinner and I ordered a Cantina Chicken Burrito… we get home, I open the bag and I see my burrito IN THE SHAPE OF A TRIANGLE!! I have worked in food service before, I know how stressful it can be when it gets busy but for one: it was not very busy and two you should know this is NOT the correct way to make a burrito! Whoever the manager is on night shift REALLY needs to get the team together. This is ridiculous.

This was THE worst experience and effort put forth by ANY Taco Bell location. I ordered through the drive thru and the food was literally thrown in the bag. Tacos had fallen out of the wrapper, chips/cheese were barely full and the chicken Catina bowl was a joke with no beans and about 6 small chunks of chicken. After parking the car and heading inside I stood at the counter for a bit to get waited on. I expressed my concerns about how sloppy the order was placed in the bag and took out the cheese example. The young man barely apologized and took the bag away to make it again. Pretty appalling by looking at the mess behind the counter. Order came back out, better wrapped, but there was no way I was eating any of it, knowing what the kitchen looked like. Let alone the food may have been tampered with.The original cheese container looked like it was taken out of the trash. No mention of refund or further apology. Save yourself some headache and keep on moving to another location. It does not even deserve 1 star..

Nothing in the order was right, it all smelled moldy and it looked like they took it directly from the trash, the food wasnt even what we ordered even though it had the right name and order ticket. They need to fire and get new and better night staff if the ones they have cant do their job right or care. I have never wanted to give a negative star review before now, but the lowest it will go is 1 star. Save yourself the trouble and do not eat here. Taco Bell needs to do better.

Believe the bad reviews. This location has turned awful. We moved to the area a few years ago and for a while had no issues. Not the case any more.
The wait is always long. No matter how few cars are in line. I’ve had to cancel my last 2 app orders cause I get there and the line is wrapped around and not moving.
If you do get your food there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order missing food, sloppy, etc.
I’ve officially given up with this place.

Atnight between 11:30pm and 12am my husband and I will come through and the food has been terrible. I always check my bag before I leave and I’m missing food or it’s made sloppy! I just went through 11/12/25 between the same times and whoever works nights can’t wrap a burrito and the food is always falling out like the previous visit! I would prefer drive the extra drive to 36/37 than have to come back and deal with this every time!

My husband went and got us dinner from Taco Bell. It’s usually really good until tonight he gets home with the food there’s a piece of wood in the soft taco. The potatoes were extremely old like inedible so I call up there in the manager, Jerry Clark laughed and said he knew he gave us old potatoes his bad for not putting sour cream on them and argued that the lettuce wasn’t discolored and old I informed him I to once was a manager at Taco Bell! I know how it works as he laughed and said to come in tomorrow to either get my order, replaced or my money back, proceeded to hang the phone up on me the conversation was recorded though. I’ve included pictures. P.S. the taco with wood in it was for my 5 year old son!

Got the build a box via the app so the price is better that way. Food was good and fresh. The cashier/ window person was very polite and genuinely surprised I wished her a good day. 40 yrs customer service, I know the pain and try to not be a bad memory of the day. It is taco bell, but it was GOOD taco bell.

This place is absolute garbage. They lock their doors on paying customers even when there are only 1–3 people inside. The lobby is consistently disgusting — tables never wiped, floors dirty, zero effort put into cleanliness. Staff mutter comments under their breath if you don’t use the self-order kiosk, like customers are an inconvenience.
The food is never hot — always lukewarm or cold — yet somehow still overpriced. Nothing about this location is run properly. Rude attitudes, dirty dining area, locked doors, and cold food every time. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
