The service there is terrible! We have gone to this location a handful of times since moving out here almost 2 yrs ago. Each time we come back with the hopes it will be better than the last, but it has gotten worse!! Tonight, I ordered my husband regular crunchy tacos!! How in the world can they call these tacos!!!!

Been eating here for years but last few months has went downhill – tacos are only half filled with the meat – only worried about drive thru orders – had to ask where my food was & the guy half making the tacos acknowledged I was waiting – there was 5 others waiting in the lobby to get food.

The team was training approx 10 new people with only 2 senior staff members. They were doing their best to get their arms around things but there was a giant lag. Lots of folks waiting, no forks, items not stocked, etc. Hopefully they can get it all up to speed.

No food complaints. Just service and not totally the drive through employees fault. I was overcharged by $1.20. Not the end of the world, but they shut the window, decided to give me a taco that I didn’t want without asking me if it was ok, and didn’t own up to the overcharge until I asked. I didn’t want a taco (it’s Ash Wednesday). I asked for my reimbursement. Was told employees cannot fix register mistakes, a manager is needed. “Do you have a manager here,” I asked. “Yes”, “but the manager is interviewing.”
Me:”Well, ask the manager for help.”
Employee: “You will have to pull forward and wait”.
I waited as long as I could but had to leave. Morale: No employee should be asked to work a register if they aren’t train to correct their error. What if they had over charged me by $120 instead of $1.20? Would I have gotten 85 or do tacos in my bag? Additionally, never presume to make a swap for a customer’s money without their consent.

One Star is too generous. I ordered a Mexican Pizza. They put it on it’s side in the bag. My burrito was half undone and the wrapper as well. Got all over the rest of the order.

This was somewhere we were passing through. Pataskala. Got 2 bean burritos 1 was mine 1 for my husband. Not red sauce and didn’t taste good at all. Our favorite go to over any other food. We both said it was bad.

Trashy place. Rude staff. Not a single eye contact. No smile. No greeting.
Food bag was a mess! Chips all over the bottom. Tacos looked nasty, smooshed.
They forgot two items. Lucky I checked.

Having 6 kids at a sleepover and they all wanted Taco Bell. My first thought was that’s going to take forever especially on a Friday during dinner. However when I walked in the lobby I was greeted quickly and friendly, and they had a staff of 8 people working. (Highly impressive). I was even thanked for my large order as they appreciated my business. Another big plus.
Lastly the food was all correctly made with over 35 items in total and quickly made while order under 4 mins. Very impressed and recommended!!

5:20 pm, Food was delicious, staff worked really hard, drive thru seemed prioritized over dining room. Our order was forgotten, it had slipped out of the order line and took 25 minutes after manager wondered why we were still there. Kiosk only ordering. The pizza had all broken crust pieces but was yummy still. They closed the dining room after we left. We did not fuss at them, we thanked them, they were working very hard. We went to Taco Bell because Wendy’s dining room was closed, jus’ayin! God please bless all the fast food staffs and help people be nice to them, thanks, bill

The manager George when informed after driving 30 minutes away to get my order 25 SUPREME DORITOS TACOS WITH STEAK. But Was given regular tacos with beef and after explaining the situations basically said tough luck smh man o man customer service has tanked these days.
