I take back all the good things I said about this store. My guess is corporate came in and took them over for a couple of months last summer, hence why the service was suddenly so good for a few months and then suddenly right back to where it was. The only saving grace this store has is the big dude that works (or maybe worked? havent seen him in a while) drive thru on nights; super polite, friendly, and always gets my order right. Any other time/anyone else working, even when you order ahead online, will get screwed up and/or be gross.

Standard taco bell, service was slow but my order was right. Generally speaking and average fast food joint. We always have to check our order before leaving. Several times it has been wrong. Classic Taco Bell flavor nothing new.

This is a $7 nacho deluxe. Its missing items and there is almost no cheese or meat. If you’re reading this, close the app and goto one of the mexican restaurants in town. You’ll get much better food for the same price or less.

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to which is saying a lot! The first time I ever went there the food was cold and they didn’t even put cheese on my Nacho BellGrande. Usually, I will go somewhere closer to Columbus if we’re coming from Downtown or the Heath location. The second (and last) time we ordered DoorDash dash and it took 1.5 hours for the food. Never again!!!

We waited 45 minutes and they didn’t even save our order so when we got to the window the girl told us no one took our order even though it popped up on the screen, we got 4 bean and rice burritos and so at the window we had to wait for them to make our food and here’s what we got, we had to throw away the food we waited 45 minutes for because by the time we got home and opened the bag it was literally inedible, it was somehow dry and greasy at the same time it looked like they dropped kicked it and sent it to the Sahara and when it came back they made it go through a divorce, I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life

Only stopped in for a drink amd yhe bathrooms. Went inside because the drive thru line was long. Saw a very “herbally enhanced” kid walk in with an empty cup and fill it. Manager asked where their money was because he clearly had not paid. Kid argued that he bought a drink 2 days before so he was entitled to a free one today. I laughed to myself. Drinks and a show!
