This is how they made the chicken I have always had problems when I come to this location. They gave me stale cinnamon twist chips I took it back . Employee was nice enough to make it fresh how ever French French fries were cold and some were hard and later in the day I throw up the burrito I am not sure what is going on at this location but I hope they can get it together! I will not be back at all teenagers always gossiping out loud bout how they not nice so and so people are paying 5-15 at taco bell just to get poor quality food if you can’t make things right find a new job!! Or get more trained!

Every single time we get food here there is always something wrong with our order. Tonight, no tomatoes on our Mexican Pizza. We always have an issue, missing food, old/cold food, flat drinks, missing food/incorrect food. It never looks or tastes like it should. It’s sooo disappointing especially with how expensive it is now. It doesn’t matter which location we go to in Marysville, they both have the same issues. It doesnt appear that they are even trying to address these issues as evidence from every single review.

This location is absolutely ridiculous. The uneducated drive thru worker cannot understand an order after it was repeated back to them four times. You pay for food you do not get and then when you call back to address the fact you did not receive what you ordered, they act as if you are the problem. I know all employers are in need of help, however, please train your employees and hold them accountable for their bad work ethic.

Every time we go, something is either missing from the order or the order is wrong. It has reached the point where I have to check the everything is correct in the parking lot and the last 3 times I’ve had to go in for something. The latest was they didn’t put meat in my taco…just a shell and cheese.

It’s weird. When I ask for sauce I either get x3 what I asked for, or none at all. Tonight I requested two packets of diablo sauce and received none. The food was fine. It would have been much better with hot sauce. Whatever. Roll the dice and you might get what you asked for.

By far the worst quality food I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell. Everything cold, old and inedible. It’s as if this was intentionally awful. If it was meant to be soft, it was stale. If it was meant to be crunchy, it was soggy.

No quality assurance whatsoever. Everything was a mess like it shows in the picture. The sodas had zero fizz and the actual tortillas were hard and tasted stale. If this was 10 years ago when you could get all this for a few bucks, I wouldn’t care, but this garbage cost well over 20 dollars. Absolutely unacceptable.
