Usually if you come during the day, the food is really good. It’s a hit and miss on the chalupa due to the shells alot of time are so hard. At night time, it’s a bad time to go. You never know how it will be. You have the goofy ones that look at you stupid when you tell them the food is wrong. Those ones ask for your receipt and if you order in drive thru but they never give you the receipt. If it’s not those ones, then you deal with the lazy crew. Beans are dried out, they never put much in the tortilla and you are pretty much eating only the shell of whatever you get and choking due to dryness. This crew is also rude. I had an order that was completely incorrect and I saw a worker heading in and was gonna tell them, they let me know that the inside was closed and to go back in drive thru. Didn’t apologize or nothing. It took 40 minutes the first time when I ordered and another 30 to get back around to get it all fixed. On top of that, they were rude about fixing it and asked if I got it at that taco bell because it was ordered so long before. Night shift never gives us a receipt, so I couldn’t even show it to them. I’m to a point, I’ll only go in the day time. They only skimp out on giving us sauce but I just get out and go in and get more. 5 packs is not enough for 3 bean burritos, lux cravings box and 2 tacos. I’m adding pictures of my bean burritos from tonight with the lazy crew.

Snack wrap supreme did not have meat. I ordered chicken snack wraps and got steak. I couldn’t believe I paid $25 at taco bell and the order was still wrong. Good bye taco bell.

I spent $18 and got two half-empty Crunchwrap Supremes, a couple of basic soft tacos, and burritos that were nothing but beans and tasted off. I asked for 15 sauce packets and got 7, I counted, and only 2 flimsy napkins that are half the size of a normal one. For the price, it simply isn’t worth it anymore. The worker was friendly, so this isn’t about her, but Taco Bell as a company has completely lost its value.

Just went there a few minutes ago and got 3 steak rolled quesadillas and and they was all 3 3 different sizes and hardly anything inside them I paid almost $20 for This food I’m not satisfied at all about it come on Taco Bell in Russell springs do better you get paid to do you job so do it right and don’t half ass it

If I could give zero stars i would. Im not sure why, but they guy taking my order was laughing each time I would order something. He thought it was hilarious that I said Diablo sauce when asked if I wanted any sauces. I received 1 pack of mild and 1 of hot only. My 5 layer burritos was over filled and leaked all over the wrapper. Very unappealing. After years and years of eating at taco bell ive never seen this kind of service before. Will not be going back and I hope my review will convince others to go elsewhere as well. And to think these people want 15$ an hour.

What an absolute joke of a store, waited for several plus minutes to be told I’ll be right with you only to be dismissed and forgotten about because someone pulled up to the drive thru menu after I had been standing there. Yall give Taco Bell a bad name and I will Never be back!

We’ve been here so many times really trying to give them a chance to give us a decent meal. Tonight is another ridiculous attempt. Look at this taco. This is basically what you’re going to get with anything you order. BARE MINIMUM!!! These pics make it look like there’s more than there really is. This is PATHETIC!!!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too ! Food was so disappointing after driving hours truck driving ! 5layer burritos was awful made me gag biting into it over filled with beans & let’s not talk about this poorly made taco will hardly anything in it as soon we walked in seen 4 people working so I was patiently waiting I know it hard to run a restaurant short staffed but it wasn’t even busy! Lady at the drive through just standing there doing nothing instead of taking our orders so to get out of there I HAD TOO use the broken, glitching kiosk … bad customer service if that’s all the employees Taco Bell has they might as well shut down the restaurant!!! Couldn’t get names because they had no name tags smh ZERO STARS
