Waited in the drive through from before 9 pm tonight. Ordered as soon as I got there and waited until 9:26 to even get my food and was handed it even later than that out the window. Called to let them know they were missing 3 items and everything was cold and was met with a worker saying they were so backed up everything was made to order had just been made. To at the end of the call be told she couldn’t help me but knew and had said something to her crew about my food being left on the counter to get cold because I was the last car in line. Doesn’t want to be in trouble either but I paid over 20 dollars for cold food, to be gas lit into believing my food was hot when clearly I was eating cold food. And then to be told she knew my food was cold because it was left on the counter. So they knowingly left my food out on the counter for over 30 minutes, passed it out the window anyways, acted like I was dumb or something when all I wanted was my food remade. Coulda gave them the old back. I just paid too much. I’m too nice of a person but damn it didn’t even feed everyone and the ones it did ate cold.

Last few times we ate here the food has been great! For a while it seemed that taco bell had been skimping on meat but the past few times we have been pleasantly surprised. Good portions and great flavor. The taco bell I remember

I always enjoy coming to this one and though I usually never have a problem, I was a bit concerned about this visit. I understand we all have off days but even so, I feel like I need to offer a helpful tip for the workers. Remember to communicate with your customers such as making sure about their orders and prices. Often times people tend to drive off when things take too long for their liking (and there’s a lot of impatient people) so it’s easy to get orders mixed up and if you don’t communicate that can be the catalyst to other issues. I’m speaking from experience as a former fast food worker. Communication will get you far. You’ve just gotta remember to do so. It took awhile in line today and in turn, I didn’t remember the price and had to double check because nothing was said but a very nice smile was there.

COMPLETE TRASH. These are 3 separate orders, 3 separate visits. You’d think I would have learnt my lesson the first time, but I continue to go back & give them another chance. Mexican pizzas are my favorite. Apparently it’s too damn hard to make sure there is adequate ingredients on the food I’m paying for. The other food in each order was just as bad. Hardly any meat in the tacos, cold, unmelted cheese. Possibly the lowest quality Taco Bell, go somewhere else.

Yesterday pulled up and the wife went in because drive thru was packed. She stood at the counter for 15 minutes until a worker with an attitude approached her and said they don’t have enough personnel to run the counter and if you want service you will have to go back out and either go thru the drive thru or utilize the app. Used the drive thru took an additional 20 minutes and of course food order was incorrect.
Everyone has a bad day so thought we would try it again the next evening. Got ready to order and the person said there is a minimum 15 minutes wait if I chose to place an order. Employees didn’t even bother taking my order but at a minimum it was going to be a 15 minutes wait.
Such a let down. Whomever is in charge needs to do a complete flush. Unbelievable! Biggest problem is that this problem will never be fixed

Super clean place, even the bathroom! They’re really nice people who work here. They obviously KEEP this clean! I noticed there were more people through the drive through though. People came in and ordered but didn’t sit and eat. Should have! They’ve got outlets for your phone chargers at the tables too. Pretty cool!

Worst Taco Bell experience, each time I order from this specific store order something is messed up whether it be burning the tortillas, cold potatos, always dry and lacking of sufficient amount of sauce. I love Taco Bell but this store is constantly terrible. For reference out of 3 chalupa‘s ordered on 3 different days each has either been burnt or undercooked even though taco bell uses timers to ensure consistent products, yet here they fail on that measure.

Service=1 food -1 if you order something that specifically comes with dipping sauce how can you forget it wouldn’t be a problem but not everyone lives in town to turn around it’s been like this for years nothings going to change
