1 car at window upon arrivial besides tbat no cars in front of us. Ordered at order box then waited 15mins before the cat at the window was given their food. Then we waited 8 minutes for our food, then had to go inside to get straws that they told us were in bag but we’re not.

The ladies were nice and the place was clean. The food was fast. One complaint would be when making a burrito you should mix all the items throughout the burrito. It seemed they just put things in spoon fills in globs. So you eat rice then cheese then sour cream then meat. It should be spread throughout so you have a little if each with each bite.

Management does not care about cross contamination with vegan and vegetarian options. Do not trust their staff to properly handle food. Called to complain as my boyfriend now has food poisoning from this location. Management on staff working Aug 1st at 4:30pm disregarded my concerns and hung up the phone to “handle a drive through order”, absolutely terrible customer service.

As with all other Taco Bells these days, what you order is NOT what you get. I ordered a grande crunch wrap and three tacos. The crunch wrap was all but completely void of any beef, as were the tacos. The pictures on the menu show items packed full of their ingredients when in reality they barely have anything in them. I took two bites and left my food on the table to drive 20 minutes back home. I didn’t even bother trying to get my money back. I only ate there because the Chinese place was closed. I took videos and will be making a review video of my experiences at this location and the one in Harrisburg IL. I could have went to a sit down restaurant for around the same price and walked out with leftovers.

I watch these ppl work and they are so efficient and wear gloves while preparing food! The management is direct with employees but was justified. Everyone is cool every time I talk to them 10/10
