I have given this place three chances. I will not return. This is a pattern, not a rare mistake.
I know they charge extra for “specialty” sauce. I ordered eleven. The sauce cup in none of the 11 was over 1/3-full. That is ridiculous when I’m PAYING for it to be full. My 4/30 online order came to $52.74. I am stunned they’d do this to anyone, much less a regular customer who gives them so much business. I’m attaching a photo of one of the cups (as soon as it was opened). They were all laid over in the bag when I picked them up; that’s why there’s some sauce on the side. I have no problem with them on their side. They did not leak. My problem is there was hardly any sauce in them when they charge for them.
They did get my online order correct and the food was OK. Hence the two stars. There’s just too many Mexican options in Hoptown to deal with this.

I am not a fan of the Bell. I tried their new street taco, it was awful. One had 3 tiny pieces of beef, the other had 4. Enough cilantro to barely pick out the green dots and enough old stale onion to choke a horse. Just nasty taste and texture.

Workers were great but the food was cold. Not warm at all. The crave box was good but the 4 soft taco supremes were ridiculously cold. I had no way of going back, even though I live right down the street. I tried calling 3 times and it just rang and rang.I wish they were more aware of the temperature of the product’s they serve. It’s like they served us pre-made tacos and left them sitting out. It would be nice to be given credit for this food and make sure it’s hot

Pretty sure if your riding through the drive thru on a bike you should still be served just as you would with anything else considering drive thru is the only thing open.

This Taco Bell is unprofessional and disrespectful. First, they made the items that I ordered incorrectly. Secondly, after asking to remake it, they still didn’t fix the issue. The tall Caucasian woman with red hair had an attitude and was being rude to us for no reason. If she is a manger, she needs to be replaced. I have too much customer service experience to know that behavior is unacceptable. Only go here if you want your patience tried.

Its hard to mess up a taco, they were fine.
I was the only customer at the time, none in the drive through. The guy working the front straight up told me they don’t take orders at the register, only the kiosk.
Then proceeded to take someone’s order who was obviously a friend, plus gave them free stuff.
Drive-thru is fine. Lobby is trash.

Me and my husbands only transportation is our bicycles and we done our online order paid for it. Andgot there went through drive through and they refused to give us our food said they could only serve us kf we was in a vehicle I said it already paid for. She again refused me and told me to go BK on line and ask for a refund wow I never got my food nor my back .. they suck
