Do not order the chalupa from this location. I’ve tried it 4 separate times now and asked for it to be fully cooked/hot. Every time I order this item it is cold all the way through and the shell is raw. Every chalupa I’ve ever had anywhere else is golden brown and flakey. Here it is literally just soggy dough and cold meat. Very displeased

I was just passing through on a trip and decided to stop at this Taco Bell. The bathrooms were clean and they were no weird smells. After I ordered, I don’t even think I waited one minute until my food was ready. I ordered three things and they all tasted great. The Taco Bell was a little bit of an older style, but it was clean and the employees were nice.

When another Taco Bell location closer to our home (1162 US 31W Byp) refused to fix the order that they messed up, this location (2628 Scottsville Rd) was kind enough to fix it and make it right. The customer service here was wonderful. Everyone was beyond helpful. I will gladly drive an extra 20 minutes out of my way just for the experience alone. Thank you!!!

I know it’s Taco Bell, so I shouldn’t expect much but on a road trip & decided we needed something fast. The app wasn’t working so I went through drive thru. The employees were very pleasant to deal with. Food came hot & all correct, then we get to the hotel & my 6 year old daughter found a bread bag clip INSIDE her taco. Immediately threw everything away. It was 6pm so all the Taco Bell corporate numbers are closed. Plan to call tomorrow. This is unacceptable & disgusting.

I sat in line for a long while and then again at the window. I do understand we had a large order so I understand. I spent $33 on our entire order and 1 dorito taco was missing and my nacho party pack looked terrible. Only a fraction of chips were covered mainly by beans. There was minimal meat and cheese, literally a sprinkle of tomato and NOOOO guacamole. I was highly disappointed as I drove in rush hour traffic home and was not going back. I have been craving this for sometime and my 10 year old only got 1 taco. The rest was make good and and satisfying. The guy at the window was very nice but THEY NEED.to check the quality of their food. Again, very disappointing.
