Our daughter very recently moved to WKU, me and my husband had never eaten at this particular location til yesterday.
It’s a smaller location, smaller parking lot and dining room.
The food tasted fresh & great, the service was reasonably quick, my only complaint is I felt the blonde woman who waited on us could’ve been a little bit more friendly.
The dining room also had a few tables that needed to be cleaned.
Other than that, I’d definitely consider returning if in the area.

Went inside for a take out order. Got order fairly quickly. Less than 5 minutes back to work. All items were warm but not freshly hot when I sat down to eat. I got a $5 Chalupa Craving Box. Last item I ate was supposed to be a Crunchy Taco. When I opened it, it was all broken and SOGGY!!!! Ate it with a fork!!! Think twice before I go back.

We went to the Taco Bell on Russellville Road in Bowling Green yesterday at about 4:15 p.m. we went through the drive-thru and the young lady that was working there was named Erin. She was very sweet and friendly, and asked us how our day was going and if we were doing okay and we visited while our food was being prepared which didn’t take long. Her customer service was excellent and the food was delicious! I ordered two Doritos Locos Tacos Supremes and a bean burrito with sour cream. It was all wrapped nicely and looked really good! This will definitely be the Taco Bell we go to in Bowling Green from now on.

Stopped in during lunch. 30 min wait to get my food, and I don’t think I saw any real supervision to help the situation. Lots of people came and went instead of waiting. When food came out it was good. Moral of this story is understaffed and poor supervision to maximize who is there.

I bought around 50 dollars of food. Waited 40 minutes to get my to order. Went home, and half of the order was missing. Went back and told them. They were not friendly about the mistake. But ultimately made the missing items. Get home, and the order was still just messed up. Missing sauce on my quesadillas. Taco supreme with no toppings. Not one apology given. Just terrible service and experience.

Always takes 20-30 minutes just to get through the drive through with less than 5 people in it. At the window takes another 10. Food is always cold by the time i get it, or incorrect one. This will be my last time coming

I was in the drive thru line for about 19 minutes. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me. The two vehicles in front of me decided not to wait and finally drove away. As I waited my turn in line I noticed that the vehicle in front of me must have had a very large order, so I better understood the wait.
When it was my turn the lady looked at me a said what did you order. Her partner then yells to the back that they still needed my order.
I understand longer than normal wait times, due to larger orders, but there was no explanation as to why the wait was longer than normal when I got to the window.

Ordered a breakfast burrito this is what I got, also got a piece of raw meat in the burrito. Went for a refund and the woman had an attitude for some reason like she was offended I wanted a refund, after she saw the burrito she still ask why I wanted the refund.

This was truly one of the worst fast food experiences of my life. I had to wait an hour for my food, even though it was 4 items. The staff were extremely rude and never seemed to care about myself or the other customers who were clearly frustrated as well. One of the night crew managers even got on a personal voice call, yelling at her phone while they were backed up with orders. I truly believe the only way the problem can be fixed is with an overhaul of their staff.
