This Taco Bell was a great experience.
From the time I walked in the door till I left I had a great experience.
The woman taking my order was dumping trash can and moping the floors. When I walked in she greeted me and abruptly to my order then went back to cleaning.
The place was in excellent shape. Floors clean and moped and soda area was also in great shape. Even behind the counter where they make the food was very clean.
Excellent job to the manger and all the workers working that shift.

Went and ordered 2 tacos in drive thru. $2.29 each. Was told to Pay $5.80. Um. 2.29 x 2 is $4.58. Tax is 28 cents. Should have been a total of $4.86. I asked about it and was told that’s what the computer said. I canceled my order. Why almost $1 more???? Watch your totals people

By far the work experience yet. Pulled up to drive-thru and the person taking orders got impatient that I was not answering him to place my order even though I could not pull all the way up to the microphone due to vehicles in front of me. After placing the order I was still not able to move forward again due to vehicles in front of me and he repeated the pricing for me twice with utmost attitude. After getting to the window to pay I was laughed at for wanting to use gift cards that I had received over the holidays and was then only able to use half of what I had given them. Upon getting home with my food I realized that the food order was only half correct and that the burritos I ordered we almost empty and mostly tortilla. I would highly recommend against people going here unless you absolutely won’t go to any other locations.

Worst taco bell I have ever had. Like tasted straight up nasty. My bean burrito literally had a sour taste and my crunchwrap was more like a tomato wrap. NO CHEESE and barely any meat. They had like 4 drinks cause the machine was down and one of the options was gatorade and I got a big ol cup of Hi-C

Hornets have inhabited the foyer, instead of getting rid of them they’ve asked customers to utilize a different door, this makes handicap entrance harder than necessary and also leaves customers without access to the bathroom. Not to mention those who are at risk of a severe allergic reaction if one of their “pet hornets” stings someone

Ordered tacos. Barely any filling, maybe the diameter of a pencil. No taste, very expensive for the amount of food you get. Service was excellent, atmosphere good. My last time trying their product!

I gave this Taco Bell 4 stars simply because the experience is a total surprise every time. Sometimes I go and service is fast and accurate. Other times it is slow and things are missing. A few times I have been and whether it is drive through or lobby, an order for 3 people can take upwards of 30 minutes sometimes. The employees are always nice and I get they are not able to help how much people ahead of me order, but there does seem to be a disconnect some days. The food is always really tasty, once it is handed out, and generally the order is right. Employees always ask for sauce, which is nice because I tend to forget to ask sometimes. If they could just get more consistent with wait times it would easily be a 5 star experience.
