I understand how hard people in food service industry work, and I do feel bad for some of the things that they put up with. But, sadly, there has to be a line drawn at what is acceptable and not. Girlfriend and I went for supper and we both got quesadillas. She also got nacho fries, which were okay. I had gotten a spicy potato soft taco too, and I thought it was good, but back to the quesadillas. Both of ours were cold, unmelted cheese, chicken, and tortillas. Could not tell that it had seen a griddle. We tried our best to be nice and explain to them what was wrong, and they took it well and apologized. No big deal at all. But, then the replacements that they had given us were better, but still half cold/hot. At least the second tries were warm enough to be edible.
Overall, I would recommend going to a different taco bell for now. Liked this one in the past, but will probably steer away from it for a little while before trying again.

Food is consistently prepared incorrectly, missing items, wrong items, cold food temperatures. You can get trapped in the drive thru and if you eat here go inside because it will take them twice to get it right. Generally an unpleasant experience.

Nice and clean…. Taco bell brought back the chili cheese burrito but its really overpriced… $3.50 for what use to be a .79 cent burrito… But its not this taco bells fault…

This place was an absolute joke. Didn’t even receive cheese with the chips and cheese. We were given some kind of sauce in a cup. Asked for only sour cream on the two burritos we got, never received any sour cream at all only cheese. Did not receive the drinks we had ordered. Absolute waste of money on what we were actually given. This location is a JOKE!!!!

Service is absolutely awful. I waited at the speaker for 20+ minutes no answer. Someone pulls behind me so I decided to pull ahead and ask if the speaker is broke. They say no and ask me if the order is mine. After explaining to them they told me they couldn’t take my order at the window(which is complete bs). They asked me to go back around to take my order after 3 people got behind me. Absolute joke of staff and how it’s ran

After already waiting at speaker to order for 6 minutes we waited again at window after paying for over 45 minutes. The young guy was to busy dancing and eating !!! He wasn’t even wearing his headset, instead he had ear phones in and headset laying around his neck. We paid at 10:04 and at 10:22 still didn’t get order. We waited around 15 more minutes before he handed food out. We ask for straws and he said ” sorry my bad, I suck at this”. Now I know yall desperate for employees but damn yall need to do better. While the staff at this location was incredibly kind and welcoming, we were a bit disappointed with our recent order of Crunchwrap Supreme. It seemed a bit rushed, and some ingredients were missing.
We understand that mistakes happen, and we appreciate the friendly service we received. With a little more time and attention, we believe the Crunchwrap Supreme could be a real standout. We look forward to returning and trying other menu items.
