Was visiting family in Paintsville Kentucky and we stopped in for brunch before I left home for Dayton Ohio and this is one of the nicest locations I’ve ever seen. It’s been newly remodeled and the staff was amazing. We had a huge order that was over fifty bucks and they got at 100% right with a smile. There is even room to park our motor coach because their parking lot butts up to Lowe’s parking lot. Great place

Today we finally got to try the taco bell wings. And I must say they are absolutely delicious with or without the spicy ranch dipping sauce. There is about 6 wings in a box and they are not the small little wings like you get at most pizza restaurants or mom and pop restaurants they are meaty wings with what I believe is a dry caso rub. the wings are only here for a limited time but with any luck taco bell will bring them back as a regular menu item

Very very rude customer service. They wouldn’t give me time to order. I asked what was all in one of the boxes and another lady literally got on there and screamed at me because I asked what was in the meal. I work in a restaurant they are no reason for such rudeness. People have bad days, but don’t take it out on your customers.

Got my order wrong then told me I had to sit in their backed up drive thru if I wanted the correct food. Wouldn’t even let me grab my food out the door. Ended up taking 40 minutes to get my food by the end of it. And when I finally got it right it was old and dry. Will never spend my money here again.

They never give you the whole order you pay for. I literally ordered one item and checked my bag and she only put sauce in it tonight they were to worried about one of there friends coming through i guess, i overheard as much. 8 out of 10 times they have left my wife’s order out i think she’s starting to think I’m trying to give her a hint or something. I hate to be the dude that checks the bag before driving off but this place has got me there. I wonder how big the novel of forgotten items list they got is? Is it like one of the old book cases full of encyclopedia brittanicas that people had before Google??? I don’t ever leave reviews but this place is as bad as the water company and that’s pretty bad!
