All 3 of the Nacho cheese DLT I ordered looked like this when I opened up my bag. I’m a little more than disappointed. All the tacos fell apart when I was eating them, making a huge mess. I had to grab a fork from the kitchen to scrape that mess off of the wrapper. The best part, all 3 tacos were in the protective cardboard sleeve. There wasn’t even anyone else in the Drive -thru.
How does this happen?

Usually this Taco Bell is fantastic. But today, it was very disappointing to find out that I paid extra for sour cream, but received no sour cream at all. Nothing I can do about it now as I am back at my work to eat my lunch. Just wish the people assembling the food would pay attention to the screen.

Ordered and was told to pull up to parking lot. Waited for over 35 minutes while my uber driver asked how long it would take.
Staff is untrained and to be frank, under qualified. Which it doesn’t take much to make a quesadilla.

If you order online or though a delivery app they MIGHT just get your order right. Atleast you’ll have a better chance lol If your vegetarian and sub meat for beans they will get it wrong
Every.single.time. and if you get nacho cheese you’ll get enough to cover the bottom of the cup for 2 chips, I wish I was over exaggerating. Fast food too expensive for this crap…
Edit: can it get worse? Ordered again, months after this. Two meal boxes instead of 1/8 ×2 cups like the norm…we got one half for two boxes, none of our sauces, a unfried chewy chulupa, no pressed burritos so half cold lol so yes it only gets worse, drive to a better taco bell

They def don’t operate on their hours on the door. Showed up 30 mins before close after leaving work for food and was greeted by the automated message saying they were closed??

I would have given a zero if it was an option. Literally placed the order 14 min before I came and waited at the speaker for 20 min before they told me to stop talking to the speaker and the I aggressively pulled up. I said “respectfully would I ask for a refund” and they responded everyone has been waiting as long as you. NO THEY HAVENT. I know this because I told everyone in the drive through to leave and over half did. THEY DID ALL DOORDASHES FIRST. Also they were slower with all of our mobile orders (3) than everyone else’s. The orders were wrong and NOT supreme. Again we already paid all of this online and they were rude to us. This was also at 12 am so none of us were in great mode. They should have communicated better and not IGNORE us

Most disgusting bathrooms in the food service industry. The food is usually good but I definitely question how sanitary it is if the employees are using the bathroom. I would send a picture but it way too disgusting.

For a Taco Bell this one is exceptional. I get lunch there at least once a week. My order has always been correct. The employees are polite and competent. Nothing but good things to say about this Taco Bell location.

If I could leave a zero star, I would this place is the worst Taco Bell in the United States of America and maybe the world we literally were the only people in the Taco Bell and they gave us the wrong order. And on top of this we waited around 20 minutes. This place needs to close.
