I just wanted to write a review because I know people are more inclined to give negative reviews than positive ones. I work nearby and go to Taco Bell on hard days where I need something quick. I always have the best experience here. The workers are very efficient and constantly moving around and prepping/taking orders, etc. Additionally, they always start out the order by asking how I am, which is so friendly compared to other drive thrus. The food at this location is delicious!! I’ve always received the correct order. The workers also always ask if I want to donate. I can tell they are very well trained and it’s always a uniform experience. It’s fast and delicious. I just wanted to say good job, keep it up! I know these jobs rarely get thank you’s and probably deal with a lot of difficult situations. Thank you for showing up, and thank you for doing a great job.

Some of my friends and myself we gathered here we had good food they was nice enough to let us stay and play some euchre cards in the dining room interesting to see how busy they are with the food delivery a lot of drivers coming in and picking up food and the mountain dew Baja blast sugar-free absolutely wonderful we will definitely be going back as soon as we can get together again have a good meal and play some cards play euchre is a wonderful game the staff is very nice only one lady person we won’t mention any names she was not the nicest person kind of was very depressing that there would be someone working at Taco Bell that would be rude and I think lazy and not wanting to clean the dining room she seems to want to just stand around and be on her phone

I have never met a ruder person then Faith. When I asked her why she was being rude she said Bye, Bye over and over. She said we are back up thats why she being rude. Busy is no reason and they were not busy. I was never rude in the 20 years I spent in food service. Our bag was missing items. She asked us to park and come back thru the driveway in 2 mins. Thats wierd. She rushed the ordering. Each item we added she seems more aggressive and would say Is that all. Im traveling but I wont travel back to this Taco Bell again. Faith is one of the worse customer service members i have ever met. She doesnt belong at the front She not friendly, helpful, patience. Shame on her.

We went through drive-thru this evening (11/16/25).
ordered 2 SOFT supreme tacos, a CHERRY pepsi and a gatorade. Got hard shell tacos, a plain pepsi and a cherry gatorade. bottom of gatorade was filled with cherry flavor. No answer when I called, which is both ridiculous and unlike this location.
Wish the GM of this Newport Taco Bell would shoot me an email, this experience left much to be desired.

I Went to dine in and ended up getting takeout for lack of time, but this place Smelled so horrible. And the service matched. I understand maybe being out of a drink but getting attitude with me because I said that they were out of eight of their 12 options is unacceptable. I won’t be going back myself I’d rather Go hungry on my lunch.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is horrible, the staff is a joke. $38 for food I ordered online, got only $15 worth of it. Made me pull to the side and wait for my order with no line and they forgot to bring my order out for 20 minutes. Get home and it looked like they dropped the fries on the ground and cooked them with hair or dust. Not sure what concoction they were trying to make in the second picture. Do not go here at all!

I ordered Uber eats twice from them, the first time they just missed a crunchwrap that I ordered, and wasn’t with my order. I enjoy taco bell, I’m a fat boy!! I ordered 2 burritos. This is my first one I could RIP in half because the beans are so hard. This location is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!! I don’t care if it’s high school students making my food, common sense should tell you, this is not edible. Fool me once…… well they fooled me twice. My second bean burrito, I was expecting much, was the same. This whole order was messed up. My crunchwrap was nothing but tortilla as well. AWFUL

Went to this location for a quick late dinner after working and moving all day. As soon as I pulled up to the order screen my greeting was “yeah” and when I asked for a minute I was told “just don’t sit there all night”. While ordering I was asked what else and then told to slow down as he said numbers I never ordered and then told me it was on the screen what I asked for. When I asked for the manager he was apparently “the one on the headset” I had to ask for the third drink and was shorted one taco that came with one of my meals. My crunchwrap Supreme was split open (in the pictures) cheese everywhere from the tacos and due to the rush I didn’t even order everything my family asked for. Absolute rudest and worst fast food experience of my life. If that is the night manager’s attitude and demeanor I’d suggest never going there at night.

I ordered food on DoorDash and apparently it was stolen, the dasher messaged me letting me know what was happened and informed me that they were rude about it and refuse to remake it so DoorDash had to cancel it. I then called them and they proceeded to be rude from the second I call them and when I asked why they wouldn’t remake it they started yelling at me saying the order needs to be placed again on DoorDash, but if I would’ve cancelled it myself I wouldn’t of got a full refund.

Horrible. Theft by deception. Ordered #2 Taco Supreme & received regular tacos. Additionally, ordered a chili cheese burrito but was provided a bean burrito instead & it was not good. Apparently this location likes to up-charge customers and provide inaccurate orders. Would give a zero if I could. Don’t waste your time or money .
